These Work Great for Making Splash Gaurds
I wanted to add splash gaurds to my 2006 MX-5, however, to purchase a set was $120 plus shipping. I purchased these 24″ x 24″ mudflaps for under 20% of the cost of manufactured splash gaurds. I was able to cut the gaurds I designed l from this material. It cuts very well if heated by the sun or a heatgun. I can do all four splash gaurds with only one mudflap. The plastic is heavy duty and should last for years to come!

Exactly what I was hoping for
These worked for exactly what I wanted to do. They are 4mm thick, flexible enough to curve, secure and will hold shape. Easy to cut with a plastic blade on my cutting tool, and utility blade. I was able to sand the edges to refine the cut. They look great and I was able to make 4 mud flaps for my Jeep with just the two 24×30″ sheets.

Been buying a lot of these lately. Good quality, great price. We like the thin poly ones better than rubber because they don’t sail at highway speed. We usually cut 4” off the sides because our fenders are only 20” wide. I think I’ve bought about 10 sets and I’m about to order more.

Mud flaps are of a hard material not extremely flexible. Time will tell how they hold up. I think might become brittle in the extreme cold.
