Just works. Reliable Bluetooth Audio Receiver for Wired Earbuds
As someone who has been through the frustration of multiple failed Bluetooth earbuds, I was hesitant to dive into the wireless audio realm again. However, the Bluetooth Receiver, Bluebyte Clip Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Receiver for Headphones with MIC, has pleasantly surprised me.This little device has breathed new life into my trusty wired earbuds. Instead of constantly dealing with connectivity issues and unreliable performance from expensive Bluetooth earbuds, I decided to give this receiver a try. And I’m happy to report that it works really well. The setup was a breeze, and I was up and running in no time. The audio quality is impressive, with no noticeable distortion. It’s a relief to enjoy my music without any annoying glitches or dropouts. While I do wish it had a bit more range, especially when I’m moving around, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.I must mention that I haven’t had the chance to test the microphone feature, so I can’t speak to its functionality. However, for my primary use case of listening to music, this Bluetooth receiver has exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, if you’re like me and prefer the reliability of wired earbuds but still crave the convenience of Bluetooth connectivity, the Bluetooth Receiver, Bluebyte Clip Bluetooth 5.0 Audio Receiver for Headphones with MIC, is a fantastic solution. It delivers on its promises, providing reliable performance and high-quality audio without breaking the bank.

    Back in the saddle again
With the lack of a headphone jack on newer cell phones, this item makes it so I can use my headphones again! It’s simple to use, and works well. Definitely recommended.

Cuts off the beginning of audio
The first few seconds of any audio are clipped off. This is apparently the result of a battery-saving feature that cannot be disabled, which causes the audio connection to be shut off if there is more than a second or so of silence. This means that if there is a pause in the sound, then the beginnings of individual words of an audiobook or individual parts of a single song might be cut off. I think it would have made since to engage this battery-saving feature if the audio were silent for, say, a minute or two. Even having it kick in after just 10 seconds would solve about 99% of the problem. But it shuts off so quickly that it sometimes occurs during the normal pauses that speakers take between sentences, and it almost always cuts off in between chapters of audiobooks.A workaround I found online for this problem on the iPhone is to go to Settings –> Accessibility –> Audio/Visual, and to turn on background sounds, and set the volume to 1 (out of 100). This creates a background hum that is barely audible, but it’s loud enough to prevent the audio from switching off during pauses.

    Ok
It works very well. The earplugs were uncomfortable.

    Easy to Use.
Great receiver. I have lots of sets of wired earbuds and this helps me to keep using them. I especially like how it can clip to my clothing.

    No memory
I bought this to use with standard apple ear buds and a Samsung TV. It connects well and the sound quality is good. The one complaint that I have is that there does not appear to be any memory of the last volume setting and it always starts out annoyingly loud.

    Exceptional
Outstanding product!! I have used another brand of adapter for years, and this one is much better. More esthetically pleasing as well.

Great Little Receiver to use with Wired EarPods
I am using this little receiver by plugging in my Apple wired Earpods and connect with my Apple Watch. (I prefer using the wired EarPods over using the tiny “in your ear” AirPods. I don’t have to worry about them falling out.) The pairing happened flawlessly. And they connect automatically right after I power the receiver on. The sound quality is excellent. The volume, pause, and advance controls work just like I am controlling things on the watch itself. Overall, I am very happy. They do exactly what I wanted.

I have been using this with a pair of Betron RK300 ear buds on my motorbike for Waze and music for over a year now and have been really pleased. The battery life is good enough for a long day on the bike and the audio announcements for “power on” and ” connected” are actually pretty useful (if a bit comedy too). Off the bike I found the mic was ok but wasn’t great however the sound through the RK300s is very good – I prefer this setup to my Pixel buds in many ways. As others have said the clip is poorly shaped and difficult to use – I had to mod it with a small file to make it usable. Range between this and my pixel phone has been very good – around 10 metres seems to be the limit.

Such a useful adaptor, especially if you want to use wired headphones on a bluetooth phone with no headphone socket. Great battery life too, I have had it a month, it has just dropped to 70% battery, I have only charged it the once when I got it. Sound quality is good too through my Beats Solos

This one has many problems that you will notice only if you use it frequently. Here are problems I encountered. No hold switch. Means if you put this in your pocket, you will be constantly skipping, muting, pressing volume buttons. Makes the listening experience unberable. Unless you like to stand still in one spot which defeats the point of this device.Short range. It’s ridiculous sometimes the receiver disconnects if I put my phone in my back pocket and receiver in front shirt pocket. It’s that bad. Again can get better experience plugging in the cable.Plastic hook is useless, doesn’t hold on to anything and actually breaks the plastic housing of the receiver if you use it few times. Not sure why you need to design this kind of crap. This one is a problem all Bluetooth receivers have and is a real annoyance.. WHY PROGRAM THE DEVICE TO YELL AT ME ABOUT LOW BATTERY EVERY 2 SECONDS? I heard it the first time. The voices in these receivers are usually with a terrible accent.. Have you heard about Fiverr? Can hire an English speaking narrator to do your voice prompts maybe? Also why program the voice prompt to be on 150% volume. So many times I fall asleep with my headphones to be woken up middle of night because of the super loud LOW BATTERY WARNING.Somebody with some sense and general care about making quality product would have figured these things out in a day but the world we live in everything has to be half assed scam garbage for some reason.Disappointed.

    Very good works as needed

Lovely device and good if you have headphones with a 3.5mm jack, but what I think lets it down is the sound quality.Very easy to use & set up
