Transmit Mode
Charge the battery of the C28 unit using the Micro USB cable provided.Plug the C28 into the AUX 3.5 mm jack of the stereo system.Slide the mode switch to the Tx position.Press and hold the multi-function button to turn the unit on. A fast blinking red light indicates it is ready for pairing.Plug in your car’s AUX jack or whatever device you want to connect. The first time you need to pair manually, the light will stay red after a successful pairing. When pairing again, the C28 will connect automatically.
Receive Mode

For what it is, and the price, it’s perfect for what I needed it for (making my personal stereo Bluetooth). However, it took a really long time to get it to connect to my AirPods Pro 2nd Gen. At first connection, the audio was barely audible and you could only hear a little bit of it when you cranked up the volume all the way. Turns out that you have to connect it a whole bunch of times while trying different methods to get it to work. NOTE: This thing connected almost instantly to all other Bluetooth headphones and the first gen non pro AirPods and had no issues with volume. The range on this thing isn’t too bad, was able to walk around to different rooms (on one floor mind you) and it didn’t lose signal or cut out. The only complaint i have about this is that there is a quite annoying digital signal being produced by the transmitter itself that can be heard during quiet or silent parts through headphones and speakers. Other than that, this thing does have pretty good sound quality for the price, but the digital signal sound can be solved if using a longer aux cord instead of the one supplied. ALSO! When receiving Bluetooth signal (not transmitting) there is no digital signal sound, and it is very quiet and sounds great! If your getting this for a transmitter, maybe get something a little more quality based, but if you don’t mind the odd digital sound during quiet and silent parts, then it will most likely be fine.

Perfect Bluetooth device for my car aux that works perfectly with any cellular device. The battery life is great, I personally just always have it connected to the usb-c in my car, and it was super easy to set up with the instructions. The noise and sound quality are perfect.
