I didn’t buy these for my car, but for small overhead skylights in bedrooms in our house. Light still gets in around the edges, but the shades reduce the light intensity and make it easier to sleep in. The suction cups are holding well. Easy to open and close as needed. A good cheap solution! I might get them for my car, too.

Good sun blocker!
These shades are good for any vehicle with a large window. I use them in my semi. The suction cups that comes with them are just about useless. After a couple of months the button on the side disappeared into the roller and I have to roll it up by hand. If you’re not constantly rolling it up like I do then you might not have that happen. I have purchased a couple sets just because of the window coverage.

Don’t fit well
Poorly made and don’t fit most rear windows due to the curvature of the glass, so they don’t stay affixed and can “fly around” while driving. Not safe for pets and children.

Fit well on our windows and have great coverage to block the sun from our baby’s face. Easy to stick on and they haven’t fallen off yet.

Provides shade for cooling, but rolling up does not function well at all.
They provide great shade, helping to keep the car cool in the heat and limit UV exposure in the interior. However, they do not roll up well at all. That is disappointing. The suction cups stick very well so there is minimal movement while car is in motion. Easy to install, the fit is good, they look okay. But again, retracting does not work well at all.
