How did we start?
After having a bad experience with a travel pillow purchased at the airport, Ron, BCOZZY’s founder, had an idea of a travel pillow with overlapping arms, raised sides, and a flat back.
What did he do next?
Ron had a clear vision of what it should look like. He took an old bed sheet, scissors, a stapler, and some stuffing from a bed pillow and created the first version. The BCOZZY pillow was born.

Wonderful travel neck pillow!
I don’t leave many reviews, but this neck pillow was so good on my last international flights that I wanted to comment. I was on two 8+ hour flights, back to back, to and from my destination. This neck pillow allowed me to sleep some on all flights. I’m a smaller person at 5’4″ 135 pounds. I could never get comfortable with my former memory foam neck pillow but this one was so comfortable. It worked well in economy, premium economy on either window or aisle seat. It worked so well that I slept over 5 hours in my window seat. It propped my head up so it wasn’t bobbing. Depending on how I moved, I could rotate it to fit my position. The material is so soft. Also, the strap on the pillow itself allowed me to connect it to the tray table bar separate from the carry bag. I also connected the carry bag to the tray table bar and use it to hold other items. So handy! It’s a bit bulky attached to my backpack, but it’s bearable while walking through the airport.

Bought one and my wife tried it out. She thought it was great so I bought another for myself. We will be trying these out on vacation soon. Hopefully they work as well in the air as they do in our chairs on land. Soft with good support. Plus it comes in an easy to carry bag.

Great for smaller adults, not great for overheaters
I bought this for a 12+ total flight to Europe, over multiple legs. I wear on-ear headphones for most of the flight and am petite, so my neck is shorter. I sit near the window. It’s not perfect, but it’s a good alternative neck pillow.Pros:- Adjustability works for different positioning. I used it against the wall, twisted around my neck so I could sleep on each side, and also the raised edges move around easily for my on-ear headphones.- Fleece is soft and cozy, good for cold flights- Easy enough to put in the packing case, which has two hook straps that I used on my bag.- Smaller edges are good for smaller adults like me (< 5'3) because they fit my neck betterCons:- Material: The fleece is *not* great if you overheat or are on a hot flight. Unfortunately on long flights (6+ hours) sometimes I get dehydrated and overheat, and the pillow was really uncomfortable for that. This is the biggest issue I have - if they offer in a different material it would 100% be worth it.- Case: I wish the packing case was a more durable material. It's made out of the same fleece as the pillow which doesn't feel as protective or clean if it's outside your bag, and I wish it was more compressive in the case. It's a bit bulky to travel with this pillow.

Practical and comfortable
Recently we each used our neck pillows on a flight and they were awesome. Rarely can I sleep on a plane especially in a middle seat. The becozzy pillow provides great support and at least three options. I also like the storage bag with loop to attach to a backpack. It keeps it clean and easily accessible

Here are the Pros and Cons after a year usage
Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year.Pros:- Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size.- The fabric feels very soft and plush. It’s comfortable against your skin.- It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn’t flop forward when kiddo fell asleep.- Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on.Cons:- Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage.- The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro.- Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It’s a delicate balance to find the right snugness.- The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better.Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not perfect and it doesn’t last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn’t as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. Hope this review helped.

Great quality, works well, flat back
I use this on a long half flight. Great comfort and support. I was glad I got the flat back so my head would rest against the seat also like the versatility in adjusting the collar. Would highly recommend I ordered three and this is the one I kept.

Buy this pillow
I just returned from a flight to Paris. This pillow did the trick. I was able to get several hours of sleep! It was comfortable and kept my neck from bobbing around and also kept my mouth closed (no drooling!). The only other travel pillow I have tried is the tradition u-shape, which did not work for me. I haven’t washed it yet, so I will update after I wash it. I saw a lot of people attach the pillow to their luggage and were not stopped by the airline, although I did read some airlines are more strict and count pillows as a personal item. I found it fit better inside of my carryon without being in the travel case. Update: I washed the pillow and let it air dry. It washed beautifully and looks as good as ever.

I’ve had this pillow for three years now. It is a must have for travel. I originally purchased it for a long flight and have used it many times for car trips too. It has an odd shape but that’s what is nice about it, no bulk. It supports your neck and prevents your head from flopping over. It’s great if you’re a window sleeper because you can lean your head on the pillow. It has held up well and loops easily onto your bag or suitcase. I highly recommend.

Morbido, soffice, versatile. Assicura sonni tranquilli anche in condizioni disagiate (viaggi in auto). Si può usare in più posizioni secondo le proprie esigenze, non fa cadere la testa in avanti mentre si dorme. Consiglierei al venditore, nel caso del bi-pack, di mettere due colori meno simili in modo da far riconoscere subito il proprio (mi spiego: li ho presi scuri x ovvie ragioni, ma i colori dei due cuscini sono molto simili – celeste e blu scuro e nero. Il blu scuro e nero sono molto simili rendendo un po’ difficile individuare il proprio). Comunque prodotto ECCELLENTE.
