    Easy on, great fit
All four splash guards went on easy as advertised – just pop out the original retention plugs, align the guards, pop the provided plugs back in and done. They fit snug to not flap around in the wind or cause any vibrations under high speeds. They material seems pliable enough with some give, but rigid enough to hold shape. As you can see from the pictures attached, the color matched nicely and the lines are clean. I love the low profile look – just enough to not kick up rocks.

Must-have if you drive your Model Y in any sort of snow or road debris conditions
These do fit the Model Y. The item description is a bit confusing because it describes both Model 3 and Y; you just have to choose the Model Y color option.I learned the hard way that the Model Y is very susceptible to paint damage from road debris kicked up by the tires, especially on the body and molding in front of the rear wheels where the fenders bugle out. One road trip through the high desert in Oregon snow left my month-old Model Y with significant paint chips in this area.I’ve just installed the mud flaps and I’m quite happy. In my opinion they provide a convincing factory look that most people won’t even notice. I can’t speak to how they’ll perform or hold up long-term yet, but I do believe especially the front ones will block a lot of debris and reduce the amount of chips I’ll get on the rocker panels and rear fenders. I do plan to also add PPF (clear protective film) to the rear fender area to further reduce the chance for additional chipping here.Installation on the front flaps is super easy, no drilling or screwing is required on the Model Y. Pop two factory clips out, put the flap in place and insert two provided clips. The flap also clips to the fender molding with a built-in fastener and in a second place with a metal toothed clip. The rears are more involved and require popping two factory clips, removing a hand-tightened plastic nut inside the fender well and a 10mm bolt under the rear bumper. Position the rear flap and insert two provided clips, screw the plastic nut and 10mm bolt back on, and insert the metal toothed clip to secure to the fender molding. My only complaint is the built-in fastener that clips to the fender molding on the rear flaps does not like to stay clipped on and therefor you get a slight gap at the top of the flap (see photo). Otherwise the mud flaps fit very well and have nearly no gaps with the body. They also don’t feel super durable, and I spotted a couple broken pictures in the reviews, but if they last a year or two I’ll be happy and buy another set if need be.

It mostly fits but it seems okay and looks good
The mud-flaps look fine on my 2023 RWD Model 3. They contour to the cars body nicely and the install was mostly okay. The front flaps attach to the car with the supplied pins with no real issues. The instructional video the sender refers you to is good but the screws don’t screw in, you just press them in which causes the back of the pins to expand holding them in place. Maybe you unscrew them if you ever need to remove them? However the clips just don’t work. There is no place on the car for them to clip onto. There is a very small metal lip they could conceivably attach to but it’s just too short to work. So I attached the front flaps with just the two base pins and the plastic lip at the top that does clip onto the short metal part of the car and hope that works okay. The rear flaps went on better and I think they are attached reasonably securely. However, you only use one of the supplied pins and the metal bolt underneath. You can’t attach the second button pin because the flap doesn’t overlap the hole in the car. But that one pin plus the bolt should be fine. I just re-used the bolt that came with the car. This will probably make more sense to those who’ve tried to install these! But they are installed, look good, and are reasonably secure without a lot of effort. Some people have mentioned having to drill or expand the holes to get them to fit but the holes lined up just fine for me. You do need to play with the positioning, but I found the holes lined up perfectly after maneuvering the flap a bit.

Perfect look and fit on Model Y. Here are some tips for beginners.
I just installed these on my 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper, and I love the fit and look. They feel very secure. The front splash guards are held by two pins and two metal clips (included), making them very secure. The rear splash guards are held by two pins, one plastic screw inside the wheel well, one metal screw on the bottom rear, and two metal clips. Everything fits into the original holes—no drilling needed. All tools are provided, along with two extra pins.If you’re like me and a bit hesitant to pry out plastic pins, it’s not that hard with the included pry tool. Once you remove the old pins, you use the new ones provided. Before inserting the new pins, you need to remove the pin from its socket. A combination of the included pry tool and a pair of long-nose pliers (not included) makes this easier (otherwise it’s a bit tricky). Push the socket into the existing holes first, then push the pin into place by hand. The metal clips that secure the splash guards to the plastic wheel cover have two sides: a flat side and a curved side. Insert the curved side toward the inside and the flat side toward the outside. The metal clip should be fully inserted so it securely locks the splash guard to the plastic wheel outline—if it slides out easily, it’s not properly secured.Once everything is in place, the fit is beautiful—just like OEM. Even the color matches the molding perfectly.Update: A few days after the installation, I drove off a high sidewalk and broke my front splash guards. I pulled backwards to save my rear ones. On the plus side, the front splash guards came off cleanly of the original holes. I purchased another set and had no issue installing the front splash guards into the original holes. It was totally a user error. I didn’t hesitate to buy the second set.

Perfect fit and alignment for 2023 Australian Model Y RWDNo issues installing, only possible issue is no guide marks for rear clips, don’t feel as secure as the front ones, might fall off eventually, but the rear flaps feel secure enough as there is a little tab/catch near the top and also the screw cover.

Fits like a glove. OEM quality and very easy to install. Protects your freshly washed tesla from the dirty water of a pothole or similar.

  7. Amazon Customer

Install took around 20 minutes. Looks good, well made. I have other Basenor products and they are the same good quality

El producto es lo que el vendedor describe pero piense que debería ser más flexible se rompe muy fácilmente con terreno irregular ya van dos veces que lo compro y creo que necesito una tercera o de plano ya quitárselas

  9. Shoab Ahmad

Bought this for my new Model Y Juniper. It’s very well packed and has all the essential tools to get them fixed on the car. Quality is exceptional. It’s hard plastic and shaped perfectly to fit the Model Y without requiring any additional holes. Clips right into the existing holes on the car. Highly recommended and avoid cheap substitutes.
