A nicely made product with excellent stitching and materials. I did not use it t hold a standard fire extinguisher, instead I used 3 Element Fire Extinguisher sticks and they fit in the holder very well. I an unbelievable value and it is a very secure way to mount an extinguisher. I highly recommend this product.

Awesome product, I’ve wanted a secure, space opening mount for a couple fire extinguishers after buying bartact seat covers I was very confident.I’ve read comments where the kidde fire extinguishers wouldn’t fit. Bartact added a slight flexibility to the mount to allow more brands to fit.That being said it holds tight. It takes a lot of force to remove the extinguisher may even require the removal of the mount, which is very easy. I prefer that, it won’t eject during an accident or off road. It would have to be a serious impact to eject the item and injure passengers.I faced it downwards anyway.This is a must have for anyone with a jeep. From your hardcore rock crawler to your soccer mom. You never know when 50 bucks worth of product could save your investment or someone else.Recently I was at a gas station with a buddy when we saw a car pull in smoking from the hood. Lots of smoke. My buddy ran over with his extinguisher popped the hood and put out a small electrical fire.In the car was a male his girlfriend and their small child in a car seat. The fire department showed up 5m later.Endless scenarios, cheap insurance.

Holds the extinguisher in place & looks good.
Easy to install. Fits my extinguisher fine. I have read complaints about not being able to remove the extinguisher because it hits the top of the Jeep. If I need to use it, I plan to pull the 2 Velcro straps releasing the entire mount while still containing the extinguisher. I have practiced this and it works fine.

Polaris Rzr roll cage bar
Works pretty good on a rzr roll cage. Had it on for 3 days on very harsh trails hasn’t moved around yet. I used a kidde auto/marine 10-B:C extinguisher it fits perfectly. Extinguisher dimensions are 14.3″ tall and 3.25″ wide

Can’t go wrong with Bartact
I wanted to mount a fire extinguisher in my ‘22 bronco and didn’t want to add brackets or Molle panels. This mount was exactly what I wanted. I have a few other products made by Bartact on my bronco so I knew I was purchasing a quality product. I like the fact that it has a rubberized backing to help keep it from sliding on the roll bar and also protects the paint.

Perfect FE holder!
This bar holder for fire extinguishers is exactly what I like, easy install and great retention. I tested how long it would take me to get it off the back bar in my Jeep JK and get it up front. Just rip the 2 Velcro holders and pull. Less than 20 seconds and that includes opening tail door and raise back window, get Extinguisher, then to the front and open hood. Will be valuable if an under hood fire happens, or if needed for someone else’s misfortune. Would recommend for sure.

Worth every cent!
Bought a 2.5 lb fire extinguisher (which actually weighs 6 lbs) for our 4×4. Wrapped it up in this and attached it to the upright roll bar. Went up a very rocky trail up a mountain this morning and did some very crazy rock-climbing. This 6 pound fire extinguisher did not budge at all. We are very impressed with it. Two velcro straps are all you have to worry about in case of deployment…. the sleeve stays on your unit. In our opinion, one of the smartest purchases we have made for our vehicle. Snug fit, sturdy straps that wrap around your roll bar, and you can definitely see the quality in the workmanship of these holders.
