More for no neckpain than for ride comfort
Mine didn’t come vacuum sealed, so I’m assuming I got a set that someone had returned. They are nice aesthetically speaking. They are made of a nice leather material that seems to be durable. But… the leather that they wrap it with is so thick that it makes the pillow really firm. I was expecting it to be a little softer and maybe form to your neck, something you could slightly sink into. That doesn’t mean it’s a bad buy though, especially if you like the pillow to be more on the firm side. I bought this after driving 5 hours and getting neck pain from the drive. I have a cadillac ct5 v and although the seats are comfortable, the head rest leans forward so far that there’s a huge gap where the neck is. The pillow definitely fills that space which is awesome. I was worried it would be too small but it ended up fitting nicely. The pillow has two straps that are attached to it and they are adjustable, it also comes with two additional straps that can be used to help secure the pillow even more if needed. Even though the pillow isn’t very comfortable to my standards, after driving 5 hours home, I didn’t have any neck or shoulder pain. So the pillow does work. It definitely takes a lot of trial and error to find that right spot that works for you, so definitely don’t have the expectation that right out of the package it will work for you right away. I almost returned the product because it wasn’t perfect immediately, but I’m glad I didn’t. The only thing I regretted was buying two. Because both passengers who used the pillow immediately didn’t have the patience for the pillow and requested to remove it. The only perk to having the second one is because it looks a little weird with only one installed, so be prepared to remove it for your passengers who dont regularly ride in your car. Speaking of installation it was pretty simple and straightforward to attach to the headrest, but again it takes a lot of adjusting to get used to it, including adjusting how you would normally have your seat positioned. I’ve found that as a driver it’s best to lean your seat forward alot and to not use lumbar support on your seats when using the neck pillow. As a passenger lean the seat back further than you normally would and use the lumbar support if your seats have that option. Driving around town it’s not very practical because it takes awhile to get used to the firmness of the pillow, but it definitely helps for longer trips. A part of me wants to knock a star off for the fact it’s not very comfortable, but I’m not because it worked, prevented the neck pain, plus it looks really nice and it’s made of good quality durable materials and it’s still reasonably priced. Oh and lastly, I live in desert weather, the pillow never felt hot, even when parking my car directly in the sun for extended periods of time or even when on a long drive, so that’s another thumbs up for me.

Fits my 2021 Model Y very well. Quality product with good finishings. The 2 straps on the back keep it in place really well, and there is even a couple really small straps to keep those 2 straps in place. Stitching seems good. I find it very comfortable and sits in a good spot on the head rest to perfectly support the neck. Product is scent free. I haven’t had really hot weather since I got it, but it seems breathable as well. I would recommend this product as a solid option for a neck rest for inside of a vehicle. I haven’t experienced a better neck rest than this one. The 2 straps on the back may not be long enough to work on an office chair or other similar chair, but seem like they’d work well with most vehicles. I got ordered the 2 neck supports and my passengers have liked it as well. I haven’t tried a neck rest that is as good as this at this price point. If you’re on the fence, I’d go for it. I would buy again.

As a Uber driver cannot recommend this highly enough. I have plenty of space to recline in my SUV but could never relax reclined when idle, this thing is as good as a pillow to use when reclined as well as support. Quality product and well made
