Great Product and Outstanding Customer Support
This product is honestly excellent and exactly as described. It fits very nicely in the car, looks clean and modern, and makes the interior feel much better. The screen quality is good, the system is easy to use, and I really loved the map function and the voice control, which make it very practical and enjoyable while driving.What I liked most is that it feels very useful in everyday use, not just something nice to have. It connects well, the interface looks good, and overall it gives the car a much more complete and updated experience.I did have a compatibility issue specifically with my iPhone 16 Pro, but I want to highlight that the seller’s customer service was amazing. They were patient, professional, and really committed to helping me. They replied quickly, guided me step by step, sent me a firmware update, reviewed videos and photos I sent, and stayed in contact the whole time trying to solve the issue. In the end, they even offered to send me a replacement device.So overall, I can say the product is very good, looks great, and offers exactly the features described, and the after-sales support has been outstanding. That level of customer service gave me a lot of confidence in the seller.

Very good for the price!
Great value for the price! Very easy to setup on my 2017 Jeep Compass. Connected quickly through Android Auto via WiFi/Bluetooth, similar to my 2025 Chevy Trax. Connects as soon as I turn the key. Camera was also easy to mount, though I still need to connect it to my reverse lights. The red reverse activation wire isn’t long enough because I mounted the camera on my licence plate frame but can still use the camera regardless. Touchscreen very responsive and easy to navigate. Initially had an issue with the sound (music) not being loud enough but soon realized I needed to change the audio output to AUX. The default is set to device speakers. Didn’t use the mounting brackets for the screen. Instead, I ordered a CD mounting bracket. Screen mirroring from my phone works great as well through the TcLink app. Was able to watch YouTube videos and Hulu while on my lunch break.

Easy to set up. My phone paired with it right away. The device works as an extension of my iPhone so it’s really hands-free. I had another aftermarket device, which also gave me Apple CarPlay features but it had to sync with the dated tech in my 2017 Chevy Equinox. But this device bypassed all of that and connects right away with no lag. The one knock I have is the provided dash mount bracket didn’t work well but I was able to repurpose my old one and it worked just fine. Outside of that, it does exactly what I need.

Bluetooth connectivity issues, but otherwise well worth the money.
Setup was very easy with Android auto. Has a very intuitive software interface. The only issue is that the Bluetooth randomly disconnects. Without this issue, it would definitely get 5 stars.
