Clean one wheel at a time. Rinse wheel with a powerful blast from hose. Spray the wheel surface liberally with Adam’s Eco Wheel Cleaner. After the cleaner is applied to the wheel, agitate with Adam’s Wheel Brush or Adam’s Microfiber Wheel Wash Mitt. Be sure to use an Adam’s Wheel Woolie or Turbo Stick on the inside barrel of the wheel too. Rinse wheel and brushes thoroughly after cleaning each wheel. Do not let Adam’s Eco Wheel Cleaner fully dry onto any surface of the wheel or brake components. Great wheel cleaner which doesn’t smell like chemicals
It worked very well on my aluminium alloy oem wheels. I recommend giving the wheels a quick rinse with a hose first, then spray the wheel cleaner generously. Light agitation with a soft boar hair brush would soap it up with decent amount of foam. Rinse the wheel down quickly with plenty of water and wipe clean and dry with a microfiber cloth. I used one per wheel, but you can get away with only one by folding the 1 MF cloth into 8 usable clean surfaces which is enough for 4 wheels (2 cloth surfaces per wheel).

I purchased this cleaner because I recently installed Neuspeed wheels on my MK7 GTI, and I was looking for something that wasn’t that typical color changing super harsh stuff.I keep my car clean, and regularly clean the wheels along with the car – so nothing was severely bonded to the wheels.This product was exactly what I was looking for.It got the wheels far cleaner than my washing was doing – I had forgotten how clean the wheels should look.It was very easy to apply, and rinse off – and the smell was so mild – that I barely smelt anything at all.Unlike other wheel cleaners that make me feel like they are giving me cancer.I’d certainly buy it again.

Works Somewhat Well
I thought I would try an earth friendly tire cleaner as I had a brake issue and one of my rims was covered in brake dust. I sprayed the rim well, let sit for 10 minutes and the majority of the brake dust came off after wiping and scrubbing for a few minutes. I still have some rust left on the rim but I believe one I use it again it will all come up. Great product but a little on the pricey side for the size.

I have Brembo’s on my Challenger and this product does the job of keeping that nasty dust without the harsh chemical smell. Give this a try and you may have to put some effort out the 1st time but I clean my wheels every week and 2nd time was a lot easier. I got the big refill bottle to keep my baby’s wheels looking new all spring and summer.

I have used many Adams products but never any of their wheel cleaners until now. I decided to try this out versus their other “smelly” cleaner. I honestly didn’t think it would work as well as the stronger one, but it works good enough for me. My wheels had some built up brake dust stains on the inner edges that regular car wash soap couldn’t handle. Sprayed this on after wetting wheel, let it sit for a minute or two (do not let it dry), use agitator soft brush or wheel woolie, rinse off and it works great. Also, I only used a small amount of the bottle in total and I have 21″ wheels.

Good product but won’t work as well as acid based cleaners. The search for the “perfect” wheel cleaner will continue…but I will continue to use this as well.
