Remote didnt work, no app download instructions,
Bought two sets, lights quality were expected but both remote control doesn’t work and there is no direction to which app we need to download to control lights. I have Tesla Model Y, when my car turned off, the lights were still on. I waited for 15 mintues to see if it will automatically turn off, unfortunately, they didn’t. I try to get customer support bitcthe video didn’t show the app name.I need to have a working remote control, or at least an app but most importantly, I will definitely need the lights to be automatically turn off when the car is off.If I don’t receive a response, I will return the product.

Was expecting more from these lights
the light strip itself is great. The colors are bright and beautiful. The problem is that it is NOT bluetooth, therefore it won’t work with an app. The app name and instructions for download are missing. The remote control barely works. It does not coincide with the app buttons. The one good thing is that the light strip is long enough for my Tesla. I’m removing these lights and replacing them Big let down.
