Easy to apply. Comes with extra adhesive, zip ties as well as screws. Took some elbow grease to get this to stick to me car. It peeled away slightly but with pressure it stays.. extremely bright light. The remote has a tone of settings and colors to try allowing you to customize. The remote does have to be pointed to a certain part of the wire in order for it to change. Long in length where there was much room left over after using these on the front driver and passenger seat. I may opt for a more secure setting once this peels away. Its so cool to see as is noticeable from the outside of the car also. Works as intended cant wait to go thru the colors and settings where it goes wirh the best of music. This offers two type of charging it can ve USB only or go in the lighter port in car. That piece has an additional use slot if needing to attach another electronic. It gave so much life to my car

Only concern is the poor adhesive on the LED strips, if you want it to stay be ready to use the screw on option.

Lots of colorful functionality
When I ordered this product, I was looking for a simple means to add footwell lighting into my 2025 RAV4, something that Toyota frequently overlooks. I really don’t care about the wide variety of lighting colors and effects; I just wanted something simple. This really isn’t what I need.The capability of this device is great… it can be controlled via an app on your smartphone as well as through a provided remote control. The light output is really bright at full strength, perhaps too bright for my needs. The wiring is fairly simple, although I found that the wires needed to be longer to be properly hidden during installation. The adhesive for the lights was only OK… it depends upon where and to what you attach the lamps. Not all surfaces are capable of adherence with double-stick tape.While it was my hope to be able to integrate this into the lighting controls within the vehicle, I don’t think that’s possible. My experiment failed, but for someone who wants footwell lighting that is significantly adjustable and controllable, this may be a perfect choice. It’s cost effective and has a significant range of capability. Through looking at other reviews, I see where others appear to have installed this kit as under-vehicle lighting, which is a novel use for the product.
