Best Quality Pads for the price.
Normally,I’d keep these pads a secret. Why? Because they’re probably made by SPTA and rebranded,but they’re cheaper. Now,SPTA pads are good,especially for the price. And they have a bunch of different sizes that comes in kits,which are unbeatable for the money. The foam quality is good,and the most important thing is,the velcro backing last long and the glue holds up well. How good? Comparable to Chem Bro’s HEX LOGIC pads which are made in China. It wouldn’t surprise me if they were made in the same plant,usinf the same materials. The only foam pads I’ve experienced that are better in foam quality are Lake Country. Which cost more and don’t come in these combo kits. The Car Road pads and this design work well. For curved panels,the stiffer foam actually works spins better and is less likely to get stalled than my Lake Country pads. So this 7pc. kit is the best,unknown,bargain on Amazon right now.I’ve used these pads with Meguiars M100 (my go to heavy cut compound,though I usually use it with the URO Fiber 50/50 pads,or the purple wool pads (SPTA) for heavy duty cutting, Meguiars M205,3D One 400,Boss Fast Correcting Cream (highly recommended),Meguiars Ultimate Compound, And Turtle Wax Hybrid Soulutions Polish/wax (highly recommended) ,and got great results.Now these 6″ pad kit is being used with a Harbor Freight Hercules forced action buffer. I find this cheap buffer to work better on big flat panels compared to my Griots and Maxshine DA buffers. The forced rotation cuts better and doesn’t leave swirls like my rotary can. I can also recommend the SPTA pad kits. These kits,especially the 3″ pad kits,are the best bang for your buck as well. But in the 5″ and 6″ sizes,this Car Road kit is the best. The cut away pattern on the foam seems to work well,I like it better than the criss cross grid cut ones. One last tip,the ZOTA 3″ mini da buffer is really good for small,curved,hard to reach areas,and headlights. For the money,it can’t be beat. And the Uro Fiber 50/50 or SPTA microfiber pads,the black and white, salt/pepper looking,are my goto pads for heavier duty cutting.

Great Quality Pads! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Already very pleased with this purchase and haven’t even used them! Each pad is individually wrapped which is nice because it keeps them fresh/new until you need to use one, compared to buying multiple pads in the past that were all thrown in one bag/box exposed to any outdoor elements. You can immediately tell these are great quality, heavy duty pads compared to the majority budget pads out there. It also has a helpful cutting level guide on the side of the packaging to remind you which color pads are for what kind of buffing or polishing you’re trying to do. Can’t wait to put these to the test.

Great pads, just need identifying information on backside of each pad
The buffing pads work great. My only issue is they do not have the level of cut/polish written on the back with the other information (heavy cut, light cut, polish,….). Since different manufacturers use different colors for each of these, it would have been helpful to have the information provided on the backside like other manufacturers. So plan on buying a silver or white permanent marker to write this on the back.

These were what I was looking for!A complete set of buffing pad and at a great price.I suppose the only thing that could be improved is by adding an additional soft white pad. But that is only because it seems as though it might not last as long as some of the other stiffer pads.

6 inch buffing pad kit is a good way for self starter or newbies to learn how to use the pads.. THey come in different colors and you can read which ones to use on the application you need. You can try these pads out to see what you like and down the road get higher end ones once you gain experience and proper pad useage. Pads are durable and easy to use with good polishing and cleaning . Once you get the pads down to use your shine will come out . I have a 2k3 camry and have the paint looking so good neighbors want me to do thier cars,

Worked great before my sholders gave out
I used these pads to remove the heavy oxidation on my sailboat. I started with the designated foam pad for heavy oxidation and with a little (well a lot) of marine rubbing compound and a lot of buffing. The oxidation is gone. I then used the softest buffing cloth pad to apply and buff a protective polish & wax. Looks great. The foam and cloth pads were strong and completely withstood the heavy abuse. I washed both pads and they almost look new again. Good product – good value.

Seem to be good value so far and have held up with one polishing for my whole truck. The backing doesn’t seem to be tearing away from the foam, so that’s an improvement from my previous pads.
