exactly as advertized
The product was easy to install and I did not even need to use the additional stick on for improving the visibility as the unit is bright enough to not need it. Still trying to figure out the setting for converting Km to Miles but otherwise all good. For the price and the function I am looking at putting this in all my vehicles

Can cause vehicle to throw error codes for phantom conditions
This may not be true for other or even many vehicles, but the unit interferes with the ECM output in a Mazda Miata, causing a check engine light and an error code indicating loss of communication with ABS sensors. Removing the unit and then starting, stopping, and restarting the engine clears the code, showing that the condition it is reporting is not actually there.I loved this for the first few days, but after getting and clearing the code twice, it was time to throw it in my electronics “Parts” box, so that maybe I can get some use out of a resistor or two.

I really enjoyed the convenience of the display. I suspect it was killing my new battery, though. I had to jump the car several times since install. Could be unrelated, but everything else checks out. I Uninstaller it. If you use this, I would advise unplugging it between drives.

My car doesn’t have a heads-up display. I try to keep my eyes on the road as much as possible, so the heads-up is very useful. This is very bright and easy to see even in bright light. You have to put the reflective film on the inside of your windshield for it to work – otherwise, it’s too dim. I like it.

The product does what it is advertised to do. Set up is not as easy because instructions are very poorly done & a bit confusing when trying to actually do it on the unit. Hard to decide where to install it on the windshield. The reflector has no forgiveness to it. Once placed, you are stuck with it there. If you don’t get it right the first time, your screwed. No support number to contact or email address to communicate with a support person. Hope this works & doesn’t stop functioning!

total waste of money.
I can’t believe this product has good reviews. The photos advertise something completely different than the product delivered. There’s no mention of having to put a semi clear reflective screen up on your windshield that’s very noticeable, and it doesn’t reflect only the device and data on the screen, but also the dash of your car where its sitting. This is not flush, seamless, or discreet. The cord is very obtrusive, in addition to the display reflecting a very tiny screen and whatever else the mirror picks up on your dash. Again, the photos advertised are completely different than what you get when its installed and reflecting off your windshield. It also needs to be on a totally flat surface, so if your dash on drivers side is raised like it is on my 2022 Mazda CX5, you’ll have to put it in the middle, or on the passengers side. This absolutely wont work with the CX5.

I’ve seen people give this product a 1 because they fail to understand how it works, how to edit menus, or how every car uses HUD. They all have some sort of screen either embedded in the windshield, or like this product, a film you place on the windshield. This item is exactly what it is suppose to be. It’s great. My wife got it for me for Xmas, and it is really awesome.
