Very impressive
I’ve been using this mirror dash cam for a bit now and it’s been great. The 4K video quality is super clear, especially during the day, and night footage is solid too. The rear camera helps a lot when backing up, and the wide view makes driving feel safer. Install was easy, the touchscreen works smoothly, and I like being able to connect to the app to pull videos quickly. It fits over my original mirror nicely and doesn’t feel cheap or bulky at all.

The video quality is very good, and I’m very pleased with everything so far. The functionality is excellent, and it feels durable and well-made. Very usefull as a rearvie mirror is you drive a boz truck or RV.
The screen is incredible clear and bright. Im using it as a permanent rear view mirror for my RV and it work amazing for that. I also check some dashcam videos and the quality looks similar to my main and much more expensive dash camera, so im very happy with this unit.

Quick and Easy to setup
Super Easy to install and setup, plugin’s are specific to socket and easy, once setup is done it works like a charm.Touch screen helps a lot with quick flips on screen.Note : on car start device booting takes couple of seconds to show if in hurry to reverse please be aware but works perfectly fine.Box contains all the required setup tools, wires.

Terrible customer service
Havent gotten to use us. Turns on fine and seems to work well. It comes with extended warranty for a total of 18 months of warranty. But i had questions before install in and customer service is terrible. No one gets back to you so i highly doubt if you ever needed to use the warranty, that they’d be helpful. Such a shame. I wanted to use and love it. But will be returning for a similar product with better customer service.

Pluses and minuses.
Update: my charge cable was faulty and not keeping it charged or powered. Changed cable and it works properly now.Not overly satisfied. Unless you remember to turn it off every time, it turns itself off at next use even if it is plugged in.It is a true mirror so reflects sunlight making it hard to see the camera st times.But I like the size and vision when it is working.

Got this for my boyfriend because he drives for Amazon and Fedex. He always wanted a dash cam and he loves this. You can do front and back and see both at the same time. Very easy to setup and picture quality is awesome. Works as it should.
