Poor illlumenation even for ambient light. I wanted them for my SUV to give some ambient light in the cabin. These are just a pretty color, they really serve no other purpose.

Not as bright as you think
Returned them. Not enough light and wish I could adjust the brightness. Install was obvious and the quality was good. Just not going to function to my needs due to lack of light

Decent little ambient light for my vehicle
I mostly got these for a little extra ambient light in my vehicles center console area. I have 2 USB plugs under the stereo area, one for wired android auto/carplay and the other is just a normal charging port.One minor problem I had with these, and it probably won’t affect most people is the tip is a little extended in width instead of all being a single thickness throughout like most of these are. That caused it to hit my wireless android auto adapter and I was unable to use this in the initial desired spot.I was however able to use it in a car charger that is plugged in under my dash (car is a 124 Spider) so the cigarette charging port is in a funny spot up under the passenger foot well.It lights up the footwell red pretty nicely. I wouldn’t mind it being a touch brighter but that might be annoying.Overall a nice little LED light that should work well for most people that looks good and easy to install.

Ok for the item. It works but its not that much of bright. You will see light but very less. Size is suitable to keep in the card and it seems durable, wish it could come with bright lightI got the blue color option and light color is as showing in picture.
