Soft and Comfortable.
I was impressed on how soft they are like a bed pillow. If there’s only a small amount of room between your head and the headrest, it really does help a lot. Much cheaper than buying a headrest that actually moves forward. It helps my neck pain having something soft to rest my head on. I have a couple herniated discs in my neck so I need all the help I can get.

Great Neck Pillows – Comfortable and Supportive!
These car neck pillows are great! The material feels soft and they provide just the right amount of support for long drives. They definitely make the ride more comfortable.I recommend washing the covers before putting them in your car. They had a bit of a factory smell out of the box, but it went away after a quick wash. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

This is too big to be comfortable. – I returned it.
So why is this a fail? It isn’t because of softness, it is very soft and felt very nice when touching. It is because it’s not sized as a neck pillow. It went from the back of my head down to my shoulders. It was unable to stay off of my shoulders, and off of my head, at the same time. Push it up, it’s pushing my head forward. Push it down, it’s pushing out my larger shoulders. It’s supposed to be a neck support pillow. Plus it would not stay put. It seemed like it might, with a wide large velcro/elastic strap and another strap to go around the headrest the other way. But it didn’t. If it wasn’t so doggone big, it would probably have been perfect. So I had to return.
