Perfect for Car Camping – Keeps Sun Out & Air Flowing
I bought these because I car camp a lot — I’m a travel bartender and I basically live out of my car some weeks. These shades are perfect for privacy and keeping the sun off me in the mornings. They slide right over the front windows, stay put, and still let air flow through so I don’t feel suffocated. They also don’t look tacky from the outside like some of the foil ones do.Definitely recommend if you do any kind of overnight travel, car camping, or just want extra privacy while parked. Simple, breathable, and way more effective than I expected for the price.

Serves its purpose and it’s not bad at all.
I bought this product so that whenever I am parked at a park or when I’m stationary somewhere , I wouldn’t get any insects flying inside of my vehicle when I had the windows down.Note , this should only be used when stationary and not driving. It basically in a way blocks the sun rays a bit from getting inside the car since it’s basically like a sun shade screen , it does let some breeze in the vehicle since it has very little tiny holes (think of it as a window screen) , all while keeping flying insects out..The functionality is great , really easy to use and to put on & simple and easy to take off.I liked the product and gave it a 5 out of 5

Quality fabric that cools my car interior
Quality screen fabric that fits perfectly over my front car door windows. The fabric allows outside air inside car, it helps to screen sun to reduce inside car temp and you cannot tell of window is open while standing outside car. It keeps flying bugs from getting inside car. I’m very pleased with the overall quality and fit.

My favorite car shade I’ve ever found.
This is my favorite car shade I’ve ever had- it wraps around both the inside & outside- therefore it’s a double layer of nylon, which provides a nice amount of shade. The breeze can still get through nicely, though. And because it’s more difficult to tell that a window is opened underneath it, and because it’s closed with the door, I feel that it’s more difficult for someone to burrow their arm in through the bottom of both layers to get into your car when I have it rolled down partway (though I still wouldn’t attempt this in a higher-crime area). And I only do this when I’m doing outdoor sports that are back & forth from my car- not when I’m just letting my car sit somewhere all day). Also, unlike little shades that roll down and cover just a portion of the window, this has full coverage.

Keeps the bugs out
These things are great. Often I want to sit in my car at lunch time and just take a break from everyone but it the summer I need to have the windows open. Problem is, there are bees, wasps and those lantern bugs everywhere and they always want to fly directly into my car.I have a Mazda CX-5 and these fit my front windows perfectly. You open the door, you place it over the frame and it also hooks on to your side view mirror. Then you get in the car, close the door and roll down your window. The air still comes through and the bugs stay out. Kind of like a screen door for your car windows.I have a set for the front and I got a set that is a different shape for my back windows. Easy to put on and take off, literally takes 30 seconds, easy on and easy off. I store them in the door panel when not in use, they don’t take up any room at all.

Fits Like A Glove
I park my car in the sun for days at a time and needed a shade for the front passenger side window. This did exactly what I needed. There was a warning that the sizing might not be right, but it fits like a glove!!!

Good Idea, Poor Execution but great customer service
This is basically a giant mesh sock you pull over your window. Installation and use couldn’t be easier. Unfortunately, that’s where the good points end. They advertise that you can still roll your windows down, and that’s true. Windows rolled down fine, and they DO give a good portion of privacy and shade. But with the windows rolled down, I was getting zero breeze. A decently breezy day and not too terribly hot (low 80s) and I’m sweating like I’m in a sauna. I could see the outer layers moving, but was getting little if any actual breeze through the car. After an hour of heavy sweating, I got fed up and pulled them off and immediately my car’s temperature dropped by a solid 10 degrees. My phone, which had at this point basically turned into a radiothermal generator, dropped in temperature noticeably, and the breeze moved through my car and cooled off. My sweating all but stopped. If your car is going to have a bunch of valuables in it, it may be good resistance against prying eyes, but if you’re looking for something that keeps your car cool, I would think of looking elsewhere. They did refund the product amount which is nice.

It does the job
This mesh cover doesn’t fit my car perfectly since it is made standard to fit most. BUT, with a little wiggling, it does cover my front window. It looks like my window is tinted at night. The only thing I do not like is that it tugs and hold onto my driving mirrors to stay in place. Which convinces me to use it sparingly. Another issue is since there is a hole to pull over the mirror, there is a small gap in that area. Meaning small bugs can still get in. I will stuff a piece of tissue there (laughing). It does help with keep the car windows open while I am sitting outside though.

Tried these on the weekend on my 23 Sportage. They fit well & easily. Able to have window down a little without getting the bugs. For privacy, pretty good but better if u also have tinted windows.

These car window sunshades were a game changer for overnight camping. Super easy to slip over the front windows and stayed snug even with a bit of wind. They let in a nice breeze while keeping all the bugs out—no more mosquitos buzzing around at night! The mesh is breathable and provides great privacy too. The only downside is that they make it a bit hard to see out, especially in low light. Still, totally worth it for a peaceful night’s sleep in the car. Great buy for anyone who camps or naps in their vehicle!

Fits front windows of my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Easy and affordable way to have air circulating for night time sleeping. Lower band does not lay flat along the bottom frame of the window, meaning I cannot have my windows all the way down or bugs will easily find their way in. Good if windows are down half way.

Very flexible and stretched enough to fit but too stretched out. Could break eventually too soon because it’s too stretched.

Bought it for a van camping trip. Doesn’t seem to allow much air in as the mesh is a very small weave but this just means it keeps the bugs out. Lots of stretch and fits well on an old Sienna van.
