Something that could make your flight better
As we all know flying economy is getting harder and harder. Seats are getting smaller and foot space is getting tighter. So it’s rare to find anything the helps make the “flying economy” experience more tolerable. I finally found something that does provide some relief. The sling footrest, found here. It went far beyond my expectations when making my latest flight across the Atlantic. It made for a much more comfortable and enjoyable flight.I decided to try one these sling footrests out for the first time after reading about them on some travel websites. I found the price relatively cheap and so said “what the heck” and bought one for myself and my wife. Wonder of wonders, I didn’t get the usual pains in my legs or feet that I usually do when I fly. I also found that my legs were not as stiff as they usually were after a long flight. My wife also had pretty much had the same experience as me.Now about the construction, quality, ease of use and comfort of the footrests. They are well built and are made of good quality materials. They were easy to setup after take off and take down shortly before landing. They are also easily adjustable. I’m glad that I got this particular type because where you rest your feet is stiffened by bamboo. The bamboo was very comfortable to rest your feet on, while still being flexible enough to support your lower legs if you want to stretch out a bit. (Just as a side note I’m 5’7″ so a taller person may have problems stretching out…lol) I also chose this one because of its use bamboo instead of plastic. I read in other reviews of similar products that used plastic to stiffene the footrest often had the complait that the footrest bowed to much. I felt that bamboo would provide a stiffer option. I feel that I was right about that with this footrest. One other thing. Besides being very easy to setup and take down, they are also very light and fold into a compact size for easy storage in your carry on. They are also very easy to get back into their travel bags when you fold them up. Something that can’t be said of many things that you take out of carry bags.So in conclusion, I highly recommend this footrest and I look forward to using them again on my next flight and long into the future. (One last side note: be sure to check if the airline you are planning to fly on allows using them. I’ve read that some don’t.)

I Will Never Travel Without This Again
This changed my life on an 18 hour flight. I always thought they were bogus so I’ve never tried them before, but lifting your feet a bit to take the pressure off of your thighs is GAME CHANGING. My legs weren’t restless almost at all! And they were kind of padded so super comfortable. I was worried the quality would suck because the price was so good but I was pleasantly surprised!

Didn’t know what I was missing
I hate long flights, and as I’ve gotten older my feet have been struggling with swelling on flights. This thing is a lifesaver. Makes the terrible feet room on flights better by holding your feet up and letting you swing it to reduce numbing/swelling. Good quality and good pricing for 2 of them so I can share with the family. Also thin so you can bring it easily with carryon bags.

Waste of Money
Not very user friendly. It pulls your table to close when you have the foot hammock hanging at the same. Don’t waste your money! It only works when you have your tray completely closed.
