I ordered these neck pillows to use as a headrest not while driving, but while a passenger on a long trip. I alway bring a travel pillow with me but end up not using it because it’s hard to use in a comfortable sitting position. This headrest pillow allows me to recline just enough to sit back comfortably and have support for my neck and head. It’s not super firm, but not too mushy either. It appears to be a quality, well made, pillow. For me, the size is just large enough that it can easily be adjusted behind the neck or head. I think this could easily be used on an airplane as well. The cover is a perforated, vinyl, “faux” leather that is soft and easy to wipe clean, it has a zipper making it easy to adjust the fill to make it firmer, fluffier, or just change out to freshen it up. The pillow itself attaches to the headrest with an elastic strap making it simple and easy to change positions. I gave 4 stars because I think it should be offered in a single pack at a lower price.

Comfortable neck and head support
I absolutely love these car neck pillows by SendyFeather. This is a 2 pack of soft, supportive, and breathable faux leather car pillows. I was honestly impressed by the high quality of these pillows! They come vacuum sealed, so you don’t get the full effect until you take them out. They immediately puff up to their full size. Pictures below. The material is faux leather. (No strange odor or anything after opening). I ordered the black with red piping accents. Goes perfectly with my car’s black interior/exterior with pops of red. They have a zipper on the back that is hidden by the elastic strap used to secure them to the headrest. Easy to clean, just wipe down with a damp cloth. These pillows are extremely comfortable! They solve the problem of the headrest not supporting the neck area… especially on longer drives. I am so happy I found this product! I definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Soft, Supportive, and Easy to Install
As soon as these arrived, my husband popped them into the car to give them a try, and they were a hit right away. The elastic strap makes installation quick and keeps the pillows securely in place. The memory foam is soft yet supportive, giving just the right amount of neck comfort for longer drives.The faux leather is easy to wipe clean, and the overall design makes it easy to go along with the black interior of the car. They’ve already made a noticeable difference in reducing neck strain, and they look great in the car too. A simple upgrade that adds comfort right where you want it.

Probably not worth the cost
Upon receiving these pillows, my first thought was how small they were….not like what I remembered when I ordered them. I looked back on Amazon and yes, the pictures they have posted depict the pillows as being significantly bigger. That being said, I’m not sure if it matters all that much, anyway (but I did want to throw that out there). As for the pillows themselves, I have a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and they fit just fine in the space under the headrest and above the seats. I spend a lot of time in my car for work and am always looking for ways to make my life more comfortable, so I thought these pillows would really help considering I’m 5’3” and the middle of my head hits exactly in this empty space. What I found was that if I’m wearing a ponytail or have my hair up in any way (claw clip, half pony, etc.), the pillows are super uncomfortable and downright annoying BUT if my hair is down, they do actually help with my overall comfort (also with my posture because leaning back on the pillow helps me to remember to stop slouching forward). I also want to note that I have only used these pillows as the driver and not the passenger, so sitting up enough to rest my head on a pillow when I really want to relax and yes…slouch (as a passenger) may not be ideal, as I can’t imagine an entire road trip sitting at attention like that! Some specifics about the pillows: as mentioned before, they are small in size and they are also pretty soft and squishy with little firmness to them. I haven’t had them long enough for them to get dirty, but the material (fake leather-like vinyl) looks to be easy enough to wipe down when needed and they are easy to install and remove (just pull the band out and slip it over the top of the headrest). Are they worth $20? To be honest, not really.

Head rest neck pillow for driving support
This is a good headrest neck pillow for driving. It’s lightweight and easy to pack and switch between vehicles if needed.It has a soft internal material with a leather like covering. The strap was secure around the headrest. I will say, although I really liked it I didn’t feel that it had the correct location on my neck. That may not be their issue. It could be the way that your seats are set up in your vehicle. Too high too low etc. make your needed adjustments.As far as quality, it’s firm the stitching is very nice, and it has a very appealing design. For the price point I would say this is a good purchase.

Good Solid Support
Once a week I have to drive around 200 miles and sit a long time in traffic, like hours altogether! Once I completely lowered my headrests (I have a Hyundai Tucson) I was able to add the cushions. They have to be slightly adjusted (for me at least) each time I get in but I think that makes them rest perfectly on you and gives just the right amount of support. Today I came home without feeling any neck strain from my head being held up the entire time driving! The material send to be of good quality and they have a softness and give that keeps them from being stiff!
