Easy installation but help may be needed with connection
I installed this head unit in my 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss LT. To make a long story short….the removal and install of new head unit is not a problem. Went without a hitch. Getting the unit to connect with your truck is another. The instructions are written by someone without a great knowledge of the english language. There’s a bunch of run-on sentences, misspelled words and words running together. It’s hard to make heads or tails of some of it. However, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Face timed with a lady named Abby who guided me through how to make it work with my truck. Please keep in mind that these units come from Thailand which has a 12 hour time difference from where I am at in Tennessee. So if you send a message at 2p.m., it’s 2a.m. there so you probably won’t get a fast response. But, they will contact you back. Nevertheless, everything went well and I love this head unit. Works as advertised. All of the OEM features still work with it. I love it. Looks great in my truck. You can add a sim card to it if you want internet in your car but I just use mine with Carplay and it works flawlessly. Solid unit and well built. Worth the money. I could write several more pages about it but too much reading. I will say the mic and speaker that come with it you will not need. I wouldn’t even plug it up because everything comes thru the sound system already in your car. This unit has great sound quality that the truck already had before I put the unit in. Great purchase. I’m glad I bought it.

Huge Upgrade for the cost.
So far so good. Super easy install on 2025 Silverado 2500 HD. Had the 7 inch screen. What an unbelievable upgrade. Easy hook up. Plenty of left over wires you won’t use. The new cars support all the mic 4g etc. you willHook up essentially 3 wires plus all the stock wires. Figuring out the Bluetooth is tricky but it’s not impossible. Took a bit to figure it out. I have Apple play and in order for everything to work properly with car play I had to disconnect from the main device once Apple play is connected. It’s a minor glitch but it’s caused because adding a 3rd device to deal with is nearly impossible for the system to figure out. It’s a huge upgrade won’t be disappointed.

Great upgrade
Great product, looks like a million bucks. Makes the truck looks like the new ones with all the features. Install was not that difficult, but keep in mind you have to figure out the settings and play with it a little to make work the way you want. The instructions were good, on install and setup. I installed it in about 1 hour, but it took me about 2 hours to program it right. But if you are android knowledgeable you might be able to get it done sooner.

Very disappointed with their support
Bought this radio in March of 2025 and have had nothing but issues with it. It constant drops the connection tion and I need to repeatedly set the system back up atleast once a month if not more. I have reach out to tech support but gave up as they were little help. A while ago I added a PNG imagage file through the tablet settings to change the picture that shows while booting up. It seem to work fine but the image was very small on the screen. Just about a month ago I tried to add another image that is slightly bigger and that’s when the whole system started to crash. The tablet can no longer connect to a WiFi network, can no longer work using the sim card, it can no longer connect via Andriod Auto and it reboots constantly and displays a flashing yellow and blue screen. I have been dealing with “tech support” over Whats App for about a month now and they are saying that the main board is messed up du to me adding a picture for the boot up logo. I have done this before with no issues and have watched dozens of videos where others have done it as well. They are requiring me to send the whole unit back to China(I need to pay shipping) and wait. Radio has a 1 year warranty but apparently they are blaming me for breaking it even though I just used the software as intended. I will be purchasing another radio from someone else. If you have one of these, don’t make any changes.

#1 upgrade for my GMC Sierra AT4
I have purchased and installed multiple aftermarket radio units throughout my years. I will say I am so glad I purchased this system. This system is an awesome upgrade. It makes my truck look better than the newer vehicles selling for 90,000+. The installation is plugged in play, and there is no way you can mix anything up because all of the plugs fit in a specific place. The instructions are very clear when I completed the installation. I did not have any audio coming out of my factory speakers, this was a user error. I was able to communicate with customer service via WhatsApp. They responded in 20 minutes on the weekend a representative was able to FaceTime me and I was able to correct the issue within five minutes. This head unit is pricey, but you will get what you pay for the customer service alone pays for it. I also love the fact it does give you subwoofer outputs as well as camera outputs for more cameras. I currently have 360 cameras so I am not adding more cameras however since I had the head unit pulled out, I did run some RCA cables with the remote turn on wire for the sub that I will be installing at a later time. This unit was installed in my 2021 GMC At4. It retained all my factory settings, including steering wheel controls. I give this purchase five stars with great customer service.

Great device
Awesome device! Super easy plug and play into the truck. Everything has worked perfectly on it except for google maps. But Im thinking it’s a hotspot issue with the truck. May also be because I did not hook ip the gps that came with the head unit. Gonna try that and see if it’s any better. Bluetooth and sound is awesome on it.Only downside being is I have a little air bubble in the screen. So far its not interrupting any of the controls though

This was a great upgrade to my 2019 Silverado Custom Trailboss. About 4 hours to remove old and install new via plug-in-play. Spoke with Abby at Viknan via Whatapp to complete as I had issues with the Bluetooth and how I was connecting. Looks and works amazing. Definitely a Five star rating.
