Where’s the grip?
Good product for those hard to reach front windshields on the inside with big dashes but it leaves a streaky finish. Pads clean easy but tend to slip off easily after first wash

Waist of money
The pole does not extend 20 inches at it’s longest it’s 15.5 inches. And if you exert too much pressure it shrinks down to less than 10 inches because there’s no way to lock it in the longest position. On mine I can twist and tighten 1 but the other 1 not so much. With the pad you can get another inch or so but to get 20 you would have to use the larger pad and lay it flat against the window which is not how anyone would use this. The pads also appear bigger in the images the rectangle is 4 by 6 inches (an index card) which is tiny considering the size of my windshield my hand covers more real-estate. The brush is tiny. And the spray bottles are so small they could be filled with a shot glass. The description mentions keeping the tool in the glove box to remove fog. That’s about all it’s good for removing fog from a clean window.

Pretty good
Pretty good, the only con is that the wand doesn’t always stay extended. However, it is a good length even if its not extended. So it works, just would prefer it to stay extended.
