Easy to install!
Was very and I mean very easy to set up. Took me less then 10 mins to pull oe radio out and install this all plug and play. Iv seen several complaints about the instructions. I had no issues using the provided ones. Everything is labeled and easy to identify.

DOA and Vague directions
DOA Was not really expecting much and was still disappointed. Instructions were vague at best, the codes provided for Utube videos were useful, but still have no clue how the video was to be powered.When I powered up the unit, it did absolutely nothing! Rechecked all the connections, same thing. The door lock and hazard did work.It fits great and looks great. Never got far enough to see how well it works or how compatible it was with my car. 2013 Ford Focus SEBuyer Beware

Wonderful radio upgrade, especially for the price!
After receiving a replacement unit due to a cracked screen, I can say that this radio is actually a really good deal. Pretty much just plug and play – I was able to install it in just 30 minutes. My car’s backup camera works… but it flickers a little on this radio, but its not terrible. All of the adapters/connectors were super easy to connect. The FM radio signal is also wonderful. The wireless CarPlay works flawlessly (after changing the setting to high quality in the Car Link 2.0 app on the radio). I really have no complaints, especially for the price. I highly recommend getting one of these!

Works as Advertised
Radio works well! If you have an iPhone ie.. CarPlay its a bit tricky to use, but works. If you tap any android button it will kick you out of CarPlay with no way to return with the exception of the return icon if listening to the radio only. Again I have found no other way to return to CarPlay if you select an android icon (phone, music ect). The only other way to regain CarPlay is to shut the car down and restart (re-boot) the device. Also the Bluetooth is not very stable and will kick you out arbitrarily. For the cost it was a better option to replace. There are no new OEM radios to replace the legacy system with only refurbished which I would not recommend

Better than repairing factory radio.
My factory radio went out in my 15 Focus so for half the price of having it repaired I decided to give this a shot. I had low expectations, I have tried similar radios in a 15 Fiesta and could never get them to work. I was pleasantly surprised. There are a few quirks that have to be worked through but for the price I have no complaints.The android auto is a little laggy but I bought the cheaper version. Maybe the model with more ram works better?The odometer on the dash is controlled by the can adapter that comes with the radio so every time I would start the car my car would tell me km instead of mi. That setting was hard to find since it wasn’t in the actual setting menu so I looked over it. There is a “Vehicle Settings” menu on the main screen where I was able to change to Mi.The climate control on the screen is pointless unless you have the full auto climate control. I was able to remove that from the main screen by changing the can setting from “All cars” to “2012-2018″I am still trying to figure out the GPS and how to remove the “Speed” and “Navi” icons on the main screen. But for the price I would buy this again for sure.

Exceeded Expectations!!!
My car is 2014 ford focus and it’s on the tail end of its life and my radio finally died, as ford focus radios are known to do. Knowing that I am going to try to buy a new vehicle in the next 2 years I didn’t want to spend a TON of money on a radio, but wanted something to kinda hold me over until then. Based on the reviews I went with this one and honestly I couldn’t be happier! I have had it a few weeks at this point and it’s great.I know literally nothing about car radios, but watched 5 or 6 YouTube videos of people installing one of these or a similar model and read through a lot of the paperwork that came with the radio I was able to get it all installed and operating in less than an hour. Again, I am a female in my 20’s that knows little to nothing about cars so if I can do it, you can probably do it too.Things to note, I was not interested in the backup cam or gps features of the radio so I didn’t install those. Installation would definitely have been tricker if you wanted to install those items. I just wanted something to not have silent car rides.I also did have issues, like other reviews mentioned with getting my steering wheel button to work with the new radio but I simply emailed the customer service email on the paperwork that came in the radio and they were literally so helpful and responsive and provided the perfect solution that fixed everything within a few emails! Can’t say enough good things about the customer service with this product.If you’re looking for the best state of the art radio of all time, this probably isn’t for you and you should look in a higher price bracket, but if you’re just looking for a little upgrade to make you ford focus a little bit more enjoyable to drive around, for this price you can’t beat this product.
