Great product!!
Cheaper and Better than the one I have before. I have a better quality sound on my speakers. I love the way that CarPlay connect automatically ones I turn in on.

Great product but Install instructions could be better
It has great audio quality. It’s pretty responsive to touch. The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is the fact that there’s no simple instruction as to how to get the back camera activated. What combination of cables to activate it. I combined the pink ‘back cable’ with the red cable attached to the yellow video Input cable and it only triggers the camera when I flip the switch on the headlights and stops the music from playing. So I have to decide between having lights or back camera. I had to leave these cables detached to use both radio for audio and headlights. If better wiring instructions had been included I’d have given it 5 stars

Best radio
This is definitely one of the best radios ever. Everything works great. The image quality is great, car play works. I literally have zero complaints.

Waste of money
Lags on volume control. Does not connect properly to phone it glitches and then it bounces in and out of CarPlay. Volume coming out of speaker sucks didn’t even bother putting the screws in to mount it

Worth the 4,600 Pennie’s I paid. And not a penny more
Paid $46 for it two months ago.Is it a good stereo? Not yes and not no. It’s a very mixed bag.Does have it have all the as advertised features?Yes.Does CarPlay work?YesIs the screen HD?Oh you bet it is. You will never forget how HD the screen is because the lowest brightness setting is 2x brighter than an iPad on full brightness. At night you could be ten cars back and see my nav route. On night mode, brightness zero. Love that? Hope you like surprises.Because there a couple of border line unbearable annoyances that you will cross paths with every single day of your life with no work arounds or updates to correct the issues? For instance, picture this. You’re connected to car play, which 90-95% of the time is automatic and fast. But when it decides it doesn’t want to connect, it means business. No matter what. For no rhyme or reason. And restarting the car won’t fix it. Full factory reset time for you. It’s like a low stakes game of Russian frustration roulette. That’s not even that bad compared to this next one though.Imagine using the iheart radio app to play your favorite radio station. But Trevor why wouldn’t you just use the built in tuner on the stereo.Let me answer that for you. Because you cannot run Google Maps and play the radio from the tuner. The radio stations play just fine. But then throw it back to the Google Maps screen and it’s instantly cut off. This is while using an iPhone on CarPlay. So like I said, there you are playing the radio with an app on your iPhone, just as Mr. Marconi intended. And suddenly you get a phone call. The music stops and the ring comes in over the speakers. Cool, let me answer it you say. So you hit the green button on the screen and say hello.BUT….As you do so the media from Spotify, iheart, etc. starts back up and cannot be paused by hitting the pause icon on the touch screen or your phone. You have to have the app fully expanded and open to then hit pause the lock screen, and pull down widgets or whatever DO NOT PAUSE IT.Oh, and it’ll ring on CarPlay, but when you answer it you’ll have to switch the phones output to (whatever you named the device in the call options. AirPods, speaker, etc.) while saying hello hello over the media you can’t pause playing and the person on the other end won’t be audible until you switch OFF OF CARPLAY TO THE DEVICE ITSELF.My gal hates that I put it in the car she drives and I use for instacart. So my work around the call thing. By far the worst issue. Is to have my air pods at hand at all times.Anyways. Yeah, a rating of 3/5 stars. Mind you I am completely basing this off of only two simple criteria.1. I paid $462. It cost me $46P.s. I almost forgot to mention it’s like an inch deep. Unlike a normal double din radio it has no depth to screw or into from the sides of a double din adapter. In fact it’s slightly larger than the standard double din adapter too. IF YOU ARE NOT SAVVY AND GOOD AT MAKING THINGS WORK. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE ONE FOR YOUR EXACT VEHICLE. NO OTHER SOLD SEPARATELY ADAPTATION MOUNTS THE 10.1in DISPLAY. I am diy to death and made mine mount in such a slick way with screws I had that fit into its couple of threaded holes along its sides. I set them just long enough to barely snap into the opening and used small washers that once behind the opening hold it snug in place. I also pulled the obsolete “iPod” usb port my car had in the dash and set the wired screen mirroring usb cable that came with the stereo in its place with silicone. It’s a nice little addition. I do run a single 10in alpine S series sub and if you don’t have a manual dial you will only be able to turn the sub off by exiting CarPlay, which takes you to the os home display. Click on the tuner then in tuner settings is where all of the audio adjustments can be inconveniently made. Then switch back to CarPlay like that’s a normal way to adjust your audio setting.Buy it if you want to. Or don’t. Out of ten. Ok bye!
