Great for cloudy headlights and stray key marks!
My 2008 Honda Civic had had very yellowed, foggy headlights for some time. I didn’t really notice/think about it until my next door neighbor bought the EXACT SAME Civic (color and everything) and parked it right next to mine as a not so subtle ‘Lookit me, I have the same car as you BUT BETTER!’ (I may have assumed the worst with that last part). I noticed one day that he had his car detailed and couldn’t get over how clear his headlights were! So I took myself down to Wal-Mart to buy one of those fancy headlight restore kits, and the wizened old auto parts clerk took pity on my car illiteracy and suggested this stuff….which was tons cheaper than the kit they were selling. I’m a pretty trusting gal so I checked out, sped home, and dug around in my rag pile for an old microfiber cloth. I squeezed a little bit of the compound onto my rag, rubbed it all over my headlight, let it dry just a bit and BROKE OUT A BIG OLE CAN OF WHOOP A- er….ELBOW GREASE. I rubbed and buffed and huffed and puffed (because let’s be real; I skip arm day 100% of the time) and WHAT TO MINE WONDERING EYES SHOULD APPEAR but a beautiful, glossy headlight! I was so jazzed that I did my other headlight, the headlights on my husband’s Honda Fit, and my friend’s Hyundai Santa Fe!I also read on the Google that this worked well for minor scratches, so I repeated the same process in the space between my door handle and car where all the key scratches collect, and it made them VANISH. LIKE VOODOO WIZARDRY I SAY. I literally went around all three cars in my driveway looking for scratches to buff out….it’s so gratifying! And for under $10? YAS PLEASE. My car looks great! Take that, neighbor man!

    Good results when used properly
Does a nice job removing light swirl marks and bringing out a high shine but a big factor in your final result is application method.

  7. James_Alexander

Great product for the price good for finer scratches!
Works more for fine scratches and I would recommend having a polisher handy as it would take a long time to polish by hand!

I bought this by seeing reviews in the YouTube. One thing to note that, this product is not heavy scratch removal. It is polishing compound which removes minor scratches and improves the colour tone by removing the fade. The car becomes rough and you need to apply wax to make the car feel smooth. Yes it worked 100% for me and reply if you have any doubts in using it. For major scratch removal and removing the fades on the car, you need to move with rubbing compound which is more effective in removing scratches followed by polishing and finally graphene or wax coating. Worth the money and the product. Very easy to use, just apply using the foam and let dry and remove it with soft cloth like micro fibre or raising cloth.

More polish than compound. Takes a lot of time to remove oxidation on fiberglass trailer
