I have used Amazon for years and this is my first product review, that’s how strongly I feel about this product. Originally I had purchased a product from Powerall because my cousins has one and really likes it but after a single use the cables malfunctioned and the unit would no longer charge. On the other hand DB Power jumper came 95% charged out of the box and yesterday (July 17, 2017) was the first day I had to charge it after purchasing it Jan 2, 2017. I have used this little device countless times on my car, my wife’s suv, my Yamaha Rhino UTV, atvs, my boat, as well as numerous times to help complete strangers in a parking lot that needed a jump. As a matter of fact I went to help a person a couple of days ago and when I got out my DB Power jumper it said it was only 1% charged so I thought there was no way it would work and I’d probably look silly bringing out this small device to start a car (people often look at you like you’re crazy that such a small device can jump a car) but the DB Power jumper started that car without so much as a hiccup I couldn’t believe it. 1% charge and it still jumped it. Amazing!!The DB Power is about the size of a large cell phone (ex: iPhone 6 plus) and has a good solid weight to it, it definitely does not feel cheaply made. The clamps are small but feel strong. After witnessing first hand how awesome this jumper performs I have since bought one for my wife to keep in her car. I bought one for each of my parents and my dad called me up the other day raving about it saying that he’s uses it to start his truck, his tractor, and uses it a lot on his trips to charge his phone when another charger isn’t readily available. I bought it for him on father’s day and his still reads 90% charged.If you are in the market for a car jumper you absolutely cannot go wrong with this little piece of magic. And even if you don’t need one or on the fence, for the price you can’t beat just keeping one in your car for peace of mind knowing that it has your back in the case of your battery dying unexpectedly. Like I said before, I have purchased this product multiple times now and every single one has performed brilliantly. I can’t attest for the quality of DB Power customer service because I have not had a single thing wrong with any of them and have never had a need to contact customer service.This product has become my favorite gift to family and friends.
