Received it today. I read a global review that said it only had one strap but I thought maybe theirs was a defect so I ordered anyway. It indeed only has one strap. They really need to update the photos to depict exactly what’s being sold (that’s the reason for 4 stars). Other than the false advertisement, it’s comfortable, improves my posture, therefore decreasing soreness. I appreciate the size, it basically supports my whole back. Using this along with my footrest makes sitting behind y desk all day less painful.

I received a defected opened probably used product with 0 packaging. the cushion is directly stuffed in an Amazon box, it is very dirty and inflexible. I thought I bought a new product. I cannot imagine why a major brand like Samsnite would do such poor service.
