Looks cool, but doesn’t work very well
This looks pretty cool when you get it, but I found that it doesn’t diffuse scents very well.The oil can last a long time in the tiny jar, but I have to invert it a couple of times to get the smell going. Also, after a couple weeks, the oil started pooling at the bottom and leaking and now there’s a stain on the bottom of the outside. The bottle leaks a lot because it doesn’t secure fully. I tried putting a small oil pad at the bottom or top of the acorn to prevent leaking, but it didn’t fit well and I had to jam it in and it was difficult to close.It’s a good decoration for your car and I like looking at it when it swings around while I drive, but it’s not super useful.

Really cool looking and beautiful. It didn’t work. Fragrance oil scent wasn’t detectable unless holding this up to nose. Wasted $$ on the diffuser and the oil I used trying to get results.Update. Thiugh the product did not meet my expectations, the company went way above and beyond, giving me a full refund upon hearing that the product did not meet perform. These people are extraordinary in the way they back their product and transactions. Extraordinary Customer Service.

Beautiful piece! Works well. I don’t understand the other commenters that say it doesn’t. Maybe they think it’s preloaded with a scent? It’s not: you have to add your own! My car was starting to smell funky and this little piece freshened it right up! There’s a really bougie scent by R&W Candle Co, called Bella Rouge, that smells very posh. Got it from TT Shop (I wish Amazon sold it!) It’s a Baccarat Rouge dupe. I put it in a diffuser, too, and my house smells like a million bucks!

Cute, but not as great as I’d hoped.
It is very cute and was the perfect size for my car, but the other reviews were right about it leaking and soaking through the wood of the acorn. I also don’t know if it was the fragrance oil I picked out, but it does not seem like the acorn has allowed much of the fragrance to escape.

This design from The USA makes this item user unfriendly.1) The o-ring keeps slipping off causing the scent bottle lid unable to close properly thus causing leakage even with the slightest car movement.2) Essential Oil scent barely diffuse out off the wooden lid which was intended to.However, the threaded portions between the acorn’s top and bottom made of metal(hopefully stainless steel) which ensure longevity of the item.The cute design is its main selling point.Makes no sense for me to carry out a return when postage cost as much as the item itself so I decided to solve the o-ring issue by sanding off a portion to make a groove which the o-ring can securely sit on without sliding when closing/opening.The depth of groove must not be too deep to ensure o-ring is pressing against the bottle’s neck when its closed to prevent leaking.Further drilled 4 holes to ensure essential oil can better diffuse out of the wooden lid.Upon solving these 2 issues, Acorn is working as intended and more efficiently.
