Good fitment, easy to install ’19 frontier

Very easy to install and very functional.
They were very easy to install and they also look fairly sturdy, not being flat but have a nice thick fender hugging design to them. There is a slight contour inward on the rear flaps that eliminates the oversized, awkward look I thought they might have. The front ones are a bit smaller and fit in well with the lines of the truck. So basically, they seem to be designed well to fit on the truck and don’t look too big and they add a nice sturdy look as well as being functional. I highly recommend them.

Could be better, but work as expected.
Okay, so these things do fit my ’14 Frontier. Mainly I bought these because of the price. Durability was given zero stars because they were installed recently, so I may update later. A higher quality version of this product costs an unreasonably larger amount of money, and I don’t know why something so mundane is so expensive, let alone hard to find online for a Frontier. With most things, you get what you pay for, so I guess time will tell whether these were meant to be mostly a cosmetic thing or will actually take a beating. They do add a small bit of subtle yet noticeable, sporty flair to the truck and after driving in the wet weather, can confirm they protect the paint a decent bit from splashing mud, rocks etc. That being said, I’m mixed with the feel of these things. Out of the box, they’re floppy, thin, and feel like cut up recycled Rubbermaid storage bins, and the fastener grommets feel like they’d strip out if you tightened them too much, so either be careful and tighten the to being good and snug, or just get some nuts/washers/bolts and some good threadlocker if you think they’ll pop out. They indeed work as advertised and the only gaps are due to the grommets between the guards and the fenders. THERE ARE STILL GAPS THOUGH!!! So, when you wash your truck, make sure to spray extra water in the crevices/gaps to make sure the mud doesn’t rot the clips or your mount holes. The guards are very light, and with the noticeably wide tires Frontiers come with, don’t add any extra drag on the freeway from trapping air, so that’s another positive. The holes seemed a TAD bit off, but after tightening everything it must’ve been deliberate for the curvature. When they’re fastened down, they’re very stiff and feel fine, so maybe I’m just expecting them to feel like mudflaps on a semi truck, which they’re not. Install everything loosely FIRST, and then snug everything down. So if you’re looking to add a bit of practical protection and style to your little beast, these things are worth it, even if they rot away and fall off, they’re cheap enough to buy a second set and swap out.

Near perfect match, good quality.
Good quality, near perfect match to original flaps, no instructions but very easy to attach, the screws that are included are green so I used the original screws for OEM look.

Good buy as described
Great item. As described.

Terrible design!
These may look good but they will not shed muck out of the wheel well and back onto the road. These so-called “mud guards” are designed with an open pocket facing the wheel well. It is obvious that in muddy or slushy conditions that open pocket will fill up with mud, snow or slush. Frozen mud and slush gets heavy and cold plastic is brittle. Once packed full of frozen muck I would fully expect them to fail structurally. It’s obvious these are not suitable for use in northern climates.
