Worthless and Cust Ser sucks
This product is WORTHLESS!!!! Doesn’t glow no matter how long it’s exposed to light natural or artificial. And when I returned the product, it arrived back to the seller on Mar 2nd. At 1st, in my Amazon acct it stated I would receive my refund by Mar 10th and now it says by Mar 20th. Shame on Amazon for allowing such pics poor cust ser companies to sell on their site because not only is this product a waste of money and WORTHLESS but so is the company selling it. Utterly ridiculous!

They do not work!
I live in the desert, sunshine all day long, these do not work. They do not glow in the dark. You cannot see them unless it’s daylight there’s a tinge of blue in the sun.

Do need to get some sun before it glows. Easy to put on and install on car tire. More of a lighter blue. Wasn’t super bright when standing next to it in the dark, maybe cause that was the first day. Ain’t get to see it in motion, maybe I’ll try them out again if I loose my cap again. Or put them on a bike

I was highly skeptical about the “glow-in-the-dark” feature and I was 100% correct. The supposedly “verified customers” are not being truthful.The caps fit fine. But even in the daylight the bright color is muted by the outer semi-opaque layer.I’m not going to bother asking for my money back. Caveat emptor!
