Simple install and beautiful results!
I would give this seller 10 stars! First, I am not an electrician or mechanic! The instructions were for a a different vehicle but recommended a particular YouTube search which I located on the first try! The instructions called for certain tools that were all included by the seller. The step by step instructions were incredibly simple! It was a bit challenging installing GPS antenna but again the instructions walked us through it all. The results were so impressive everything worked at first power and screen clarity and function are beautiful!

Ours went out a couple months ago and we weren’t wanting to spend the money at ford to get it fixed this was a much better price and was easy to install ourself. It is working great! Fast shipping and they messaged us asking for the vin so it was pre programmed I didn’t see where to input that info when I order so thankful for that!

As a sync 3 replacement it works very well. Preprogrammed plug and play. Finding exactly where to send the Vin is a bit of an issue on Amazon. Use the chat for assistance. Great product.

No, it did not meet my expectations. It was supposed to be loaded with android auto and apple carplay, and it did not have that on there then when I contacted the seller about it, he tried telling that they never came stock with it, which is wrong
