I needed additional outlets for devices in my van and this was great to find and was cheap enough to get. I couldn’t find one of these locally so I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. I love it, It’s adjustable neck is perfect to keep out of knee and leg space. And the extra USB ports give added charge ports for my phones and tablet can charge together not one at a time, like before only had only 2 ports to use this added the 3rd port I needed without unplugging anything. I only have a double lighter outlets this gave me what I needed.

I installed this in my cigarette lighter socket s I could use both my GPS and my new satellite radio. When I pushed the plug in for the Garmin GPS it didnt power the GPS. I pulled the plug out to verify that the metal PIN on the front was still out and had spring motion and verified it was working correctly by plugging it in the lighter socket with out the adapter. It worked as it was supposed to. On the second attempt to use this adapter, after installing the adapter in the lighter socket; when I plugged in the GPS 12v plug the adapter completely shattered sending pieces of plastic all over the vehicle! If you have larger 12v plugs like on a GPS or XM radio get something else because this is junk. I purchased a different 3 plug adapter that works perfectly. AVOID this adapter and choose something else!Updated 03/07/23: The seller replied to my concern and said they issued a refund. I have to wait a few days for it to appear in my account. If it doesnt, I will adjust this review again. I wasn’t able to return the item because it had broken in to tiny bits so I tossed it out but they said they issued the refund anyway. I am pleased they appear to be an upstanding company that takes customer service seriously. I may have just had a defective item so if you do purchase, know at least the company will work to resolve any problem with you. Upgraded to 3 stars from 1 star because seller is fair with their customers.
