Poor Stitching, Great Customer Experience
*update – they reached out and took care of the situation, which was much appreciated.Less than a week after it was delivered, it tore at the seams on the strap. The cushion is comfortable and a great height, but I’m gonna have to learn how to stitch it back up so that my money doesn’t go to waste.

A Hip Replacement Necessity !
Recovering from recent right hip replacement, this is one of the most helpful devices for my husband.In short:1)The 6” cushion height is the perfect elevation to eliminate pain while sitting and eases the torture of standing up.2)The center contour design comfortably fits his bottom and prevents sliding off.3)The stuffing is firm and doesn’t compress and flatten with body weight.4)The black PU leather cover is very good looking and though he has not used it long enough, it appears to be durable and well constructed.5) I read some reviews complaining about the unattractive attached adjustable strap detracting from the classy look of the cushion, but I disagree. The pillow follows my husband around the house from kitchen to living room to patio to bedroom – the strap is VERY practical and convenient, slinging it over my shoulder along with his water bottle, making it easily portable. However the strap can easily be sliced off close to the seam, with an Exacto knife or sharp blade if it’s that problematic.In my opinion, this cushion is thoughtfully and intelligently designed and a is must for anyone recovering from hip or knee replacement surgery. It was worth the price and we’re grateful to have found it. Thank you!

a bit disappointed
I needed a couple more inches for my chair in my studio. I went with this because over time. the cushion just gets smashed and next thing you know you’re just sitting on something that is in your chair. I’ve only had this for a week or so and it’s not comfy at all. it’s already starting to sag a bit. I weigh 190 so I expect a little give but now it’s just uncomfortable. As a plus, it’s a large cushion and will cover pretty much any chair. That’s also a minus because the sides of the cushion tend to rise up a bit when sitting and press into you. Lots found this cushion to be great. I just wish I could have been among them.

It is used in church, doctor offices, wheelchairs, restaurants, etc. It is a good size and height for getting out of chairs. It is sturdy and solid, but comfortable. It has been a good value for us.
