Perfect Fit for my 24 4Runner
First of all – I rarely write reviews, but for those who have a Toyota 4Runner – listen up!Ive bought 3 different sun shades for my ’24 4Runner and had to return each one. Each seller said they fit a Toyota 4runner. Well, not true. Decided to just measure the damn windshield – then I searched specifically for a 54×22 sun shade. Got this one and FITS PERFECTLY. there isn’t any excess that you need to fold or any areas you need fight with to make fit, it is a seamless install when needed There is a tag sewn into the seam of the sun shade that says 4Runner 17+, for 2017 and newer.Note – the area of the sun shade that fits around the rear view mirror isn’t that big, but it’s ok. You don’t need it to fit flush up to the windshield because you have that boxy looking thing for the sensors. let it fall in some and it will fit the stem that holds the rearview mirror up. see pic. It is was maybe a quarter inch bigger around it would fit without using the visors to hold it in place.When it was delivered – it was the only thing I was expecting via Amazon. I thought what did I get this time, because it was folded like a square box, that’s ok, too! Like I said, it is light weight. After the first day, the fold came out from the heatWho not in use, I fold it, and it fits snugly between the passenger seat and the console. Dont need to throw in the back seat. unless you want to.I 200+% recommend this for your 4Runner.

Fits like a glove for a 2017 SR5.Helps a ton with the heat if you park in the sun. Good quality too, I’ve this almost a year now and no signs of wear & tear considering I use this almost daily

Works great if shipped correctly
The fitment is right for my car’s windshield. Although the shade itself does indeed reduce the temperature inside the car, the method in which it was shipped leaves the product at a disadvantage. The visor was shipped folded in half in a package that was too small for it. This resulted in a visor that lacked rigidity and allowed it to collapse. Anything above 90°f and the visor will fall unless supported by the car’s folding sun visor

I bought this for my 2024 4 runner on February 17, 2024 and the white plastic in the the back is disintegrating leaving plastic particle all over the dashboard.

I just received this today. It fits my 2020 4Runner perfectly. I can’t speak on its durability, but I can already notice a huge difference in the temperature of my vehicle after using this on my windshield. It is a little bulky when it’s folded but I don’t care as long as it’s doing its job and protecting my interior from the sun!Update: I use this quite often, and it has started to sag in the folded areas to the point where I have to use items from my vehicle to keep it from folding when on my windshield. I am now on the hunt for one that has the circle metal border that folds into itself. While this sunshade works for a little while, it’s not a lifetime solution.
