Unbelievable Convenience! Great for washing cars!
I was on the fence for awhile about buying this and let me tell you I should of done it a long time ago. I have it in my garage mainly for car washing and it is AMAZING. It is so easy to just grab, extend, and use rather than getting the gas one out, filling it up, hooking it all up….it was a pain. Keep in mind the pressure on this is not crazy, nor is it stated that way. It is a smaller electric pressure washer and should be judged as such and not compared against higher power gas alternatives. However the pressure is great for light duty tasks. The extendable hose reaches out from my garage across my entire driveway. No more fighting with the pressure washer hose and you can pull out just the length you need. If you are a car wash junkie or want something easy to clean things off this should be your next purchase. I am so happy with it.

Best out of the selection
As a professional Detailer, I can confidently say this is my favorite pressure washer with reel. All the other giraffe tools ones broke for multiple reasons, but this one has stayed strong for over a year now.

Good concept, but flawed execution and no support when it fails.
I have purchased two of these and both have died the same death. If where you have it installed gets below freezing temperatures in the winter, it will fail. There is no way to drain all of the water in the pump and hoses. It freezes and wrecks the seals and then will leak terribly. The seals might be replaceable, but I couldn’t figure out a way to disassemble the thing to find out.Otherwise, it worked well and was convenient to have, but you just cannot leave it in a space that gets below freezing. There is also no warranty for this issue, and from what I can find, no warranty at all if purchased through Amazon.

A Bit of a Saga But…
I have now written and updated this review for the third time. My initial review was for one star as the hose on this pressure washer failed catastrophically within a couple months of ownership. I then discovered the unit is indeed consumer serviceable (quite simple once you get the front cover off…a few hidden screws). I was able to replace the hose with a Flexzilla and was back up and running. Because of this I was willing to add a couple stars. To my great surprise, the company reached out and offered to send me a brand new unit with no need to return my old one. After having repaired my original unit I’d rather keep it as I upgraded the hose. I was skeptical that they would make good on the offer but within a few days a new unit showed up on my doorstep. That is as good as customer service gets.There really isn’t anything on the market that is all in one and this unit has been fantastic up until the hose failure and since I made the repair. I would definitely recommend even with the risk of hose failure. In the event you have to replace the hose as I did the unit is still well worth the money. I’d love to give five stars but I just can’t because ownership has not been exactly hassle free. I can say however I will purchase Giraffe Tools products with confidence in the future.

My son Bought one of these, I was.so impressed I bought one for myself. Having the hose recoil is amazing, anyone ever trying to wined one of these hoses on a tradition power washer knows how kinked the hose can get and difficult to store. Not with this unit. Power washer is powerful enough for most jobs, still have my gas 3500 PSI when I need super power.Update: Had an Issue when I installed my 2nd Unit, was leaking very bad, Opened the front cover took a Video and sent it Via email to Customer service at Giraffe tools. They quickly opened a ticket and responded in 24 Hours. Asking for my purchase information and a copy of the Video, again wishing 24 Hours I received a response they were shipping me a new unit. Tina from Giraffe provided excellent customer service, Fast , friendly and efficient. Was very impressed with how quickly and effortlessly they handled this issue.
