Not great, but it’s the best I can find
This is about the fifth headrest pillow I’ve tried and returned all the others for pushing head too far forward or being completely flat. This one in my opinion is also way too thick and causes me neck pain from pushing my head forward, but all of the products out there are like that. At least this one had fabric that seemed like it would hold up. So I took out the foam on the inside and cut probably about two inches each from the top and bottom. I didn’t even need to alter the fabric case in any way – the foam was so tightly packed in there that even cutting that much off, it still fills the case. No wonder I was having neck pain, with all of that foam trying to expand that you have to push against.My significant other really likes it as is, though, but he sits in the passenger seat in my car, and reclines the chair back, so he doesn’t have to worry about the pillow pushing his neck forward because his head is laying on top of it rather than in front of it. And I will say, it is very soft and comfortable as is when you are reclined like that.So I would say, if you are getting this to be a passenger and have a good pillow to nap on a long drive, this would be the perfect pillow for you. If you are getting it as a driver, either don’t bother or be prepared to cut out some foam if you want it to be useable.
