Good looking/functioning Mud Flaps, but DOES REQUIRE drilling & modification to work properly.
Fitted on a 2023 Model-Y LR. I ordered a few different types of mud flaps before landing on these. They are in my opinion one of the better looking styles/types out there. However, they will not work/fit properly without using all the hardware included and also require some modification to the front, lower bolt (washer specifically). There are zero instructions (as many others have stated) and it will take some detective work to sort it all out. Hopefully the below helps some others out.Let’s start with the Rear – push pin clips work fine and easy enough to install. To top hole gets the supplied screw. You will need to screw this into the inner fender. If you ever take them off – you will have a hole here. I didn’t want to do this, but without doing so – it just doesn’t fit correctly and is subject to flopping around while going down the freeway. A bolt goes into the bottom section to secure it, which you remove the existing bolt and put back in. Minus the new screw hole you now have – all good. The Front – push pins again – no problem and easy enough. Lower bolt needs to be removed to re-attach to the mudflap, but also as others have stated the washer is too large in diameter to fit into the molded area allowed in the mud flap. I had to use an angle grinder to remove the area of the washer that didn’t fit in order to get this to work properly. A little paint on the ground off area (to prevent corrosion) and back in it went. The washer is secured to the bolt, so you can’t just replace the washer. I will replace this bolt & washer at a later date with a combination that works correctly. The upper part of the mudflap is secured using the clip. It goes around the mudflap and behind the inner fender well lip.I can see why these are frequently returned as they aren’t just “plug & play”. They do look great and seem to function just fine, but just know you’ll need to make some mods to get them installed. From my perspective – this was all fairly easy for me. Other’s may really struggle or just not feel comfortable making the mods, which is completely understandable. I’m rating this a 2 on installation because I feel the title is mis-leading stating “No Drilling Required” and because I feel many people won’t be successful at getting these installed properly with zero instructions.

Easy install, great function, and great looks on 2021 Model Y
Guards installed very easy with no issues. All holes lined up and fitment was snug. Admittedly I did reuse all of the factory push-pins as they were larger diameter and held the guards on much sturdier. The factory pins are shorter, but if you press everything together enough they will snap back in and hold! I did use the provided metal clip for the top of the front, guards, but was happy to see there is a pilot hole in case installing a screw in that location is preferred/needed down the road.Aesthetically I was pleased as they appear very factory like when installed. They are also not overly large as to appear bulky or snag on steeper driveways and such. We have a Y Performance, which is lower, and the front still has clearance for most on-road driving that will occur.Have had these on for a few days now, will update if they don’t seem to hold up over the long term.

    They look great MYP 2023
These mud guards are pretty nice overall. The holes lined up nicely with the Model Y 2023. They are sturdy and looks great in my MYP.I had bought another brand, but it didn’t look as nice or sturdy as these. Plus, the other brand had a very strong odor. No odor with these. There was no instructions. I didn’t know what to do with the metal clips, or the black clips. The screws were too big and long, IMO (I didn’t use any of them).Installation was pretty easy. Take off the two black clips on the car, unscrew the bolt underneath, line up the holes, push the clips back in, and screw the bolt back in. I used the black metal clips to secure the top of the guard to the fender.FYI: You can use the original retainer clips with the rear mud guards. The ones that came in the box are a bit small, for the front as well. Im had some spare retainer clips, which works for the front mud guards. Also, I followed another review and got M6.100 x 25 bolts for the front mud guards. The OEM ones washer was too big.The fit could be better, but I’m happy with them, overall.

    not so great!
Installed these on my 2023 model YCons:1. Missing instructions on how to install?? how silly. It comes with so much hardware and no clear instructions on where each of those go.2. Front flaps provided bolt will not fit, like other users stated I had to rush to auto store to getM6 1.0x25mm blot flange to get them installed.3. even after fixing the front flaps, it still seems to be not 100% sturdy. I had to put in few more holes to make them studier.Pros:1. Rear flaps are perfect and easy to install and fit perfectly.with so many cons, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Great design and works with 2024 Model Y but will need extra parts.
As listed in previous reviews you will still need to get M6 1.00 x 25 bolts from Lowes. The washers on the OEM bolts are not removeable and are too large for the mud flaps. The reason I chose these over all the other flaps available is that they are held on with clips, plastic connectors and a bolt on each mud flap. Much less likely for them to fall off in snow. The other reason is that the face of the flap is flat compared to all the others that are molded to have this empty space that will just collect snow like crazy. I might have to poke some holes into the bottoms to make sure water drains from them but so far they are really nice for the money and took like 15 minutes to install all 4 with bolts.

Item didn’t fit well & was loose when fitted with supplied replacement plugs to 2022 Tesla Model Y. Great dealing with Amazon as easily returned & refunded straight away.

These flaps look well and after 9 months of use, they have done their job of holding up and not letting anything from the road to hit the body of the vehicle. It is easy to install the 4 of them with a clip for 2 and the only lack of information is on the 2 screw fitment. It is upto you to figure out where to install the 2 screws. These flaps are flat faced and hence no accumulation of dirt.

Pro’s- Really good design, and flat flush around the tire well. Other inferior ones like Basenor mud-flaps have a hollow scoop on the inside tire well side and it scoops up snow and just snaps the mud flap off. These are flush flat and way more durable in snow and mud.- Soft bendable and durable rubber material construction versus the Basenors cheap hard plastic that cracks and snaps the mud guard in half.- This mud flap has a much thicker and bigger foot print versus the Basenors minimal thin hard snap-able plastic. This mud flap feels like rubber maid soft plastic where as the Basenor’s mud flap feels like a dollar store plastic garbage bin type material.Con’s- No instructions in the box, actually beside the mud guards and screws, there’s nothing else in the box. No YouTube install video or website showing you how to install it. You are on your own.- this kit comes with screws, and requires you to drill holes into your Tesla. I was able to install it without using screws by using the plastic tabs and metal clips that come with this kit.- No customer service just like BasenorOverall this is a great product, way better than the junk Basenor sold me previously that snapped off in only 2 months. But I wish there was instructions, a manual or a YouTube video or even a contact for the vendor making and selling this product, you get nothing and no support, just like Basenor.

I installed them correctly but on the driver side there seems to be a rattling noise because it’s not quite flush
