Reminder warning:Due to the constant power of OBD devices, it is recommended to unplug them when the car is not in use for a long time
1. There is no display on the screen and there is no power supply：a. Check if the OBD cable is securely plugged in. b. Suggest changing the car for testing. c. Check if the OBD interface is connected to other OBD device splitters and unplug other OBD devices.
2. It has been powered on, but the screen only displays the car voltage, which will automatically turn off after 30 seconds:The car must be started and checked if the OBD cable and HUD host interface are securely plugged in. Oil electric hybrid vehicle: You need to enter the third option of the settings, select the vehicle model, and adjust the parameter value to 2. Select communication protocol 1-11 for option 2 of the settings, and attempt to test each protocol. This product does not support vehicles and pure electric vehicles before 2008. It is recommended to replace them with vehicles that comply with OBD2 interface after 2008
3. Inaccurate speed:
a. Check if the unit is correct, kilometers (KM)/miles (MPH), (speed unit switch item 1)
b. The unit is correct, and the vehicle speed needs to be adjusted: for example, the instrument panel displays 100 Km/h and the HUD displays 105 Km/h. Enter the fourth setting item and adjust the parameter value to 102
4. Overspeed alarm setting
After the HUD displays normally, turn the dial button left once and select the alarm parameter (40-180). The default alarm is when the speed exceeds 130KM/H. After selecting it, it will be automatically saved for 5 seconds
5. Unable to shut down
Pure gasoline vehicle: You need to enter the third option of the settings to select the vehicle model and adjust the parameter value to 1

Great value for what you get 👍
A quick TLDR; here at the beggining, I love this device and would highly recommend it if your even considering trying it out. It’s definitely worth it!Now to go into a little detail about it. At first I was worried that this would not show up/reflect well off of my windshield like I wanted to have it do. However, this package came with not only a grippy mat, but also a reflective sticker, more like a cling, to put on the windshield to enhance the reflection. This works really great and I added two pictures of what it looks like in the worst of times (direct sunlight) as well as the best of times (in shade). It looks great and is easily readable at both ends of that sunlight brightness spectrum.The reflective sticker is sort of closer to a cling, with one side sticking better that the other which made it easy to figure out which way to put it. Also, since it wasn’t extremely sticky, I was able to replace it numerous times to get it in the exact spot I wanted. If I was going to nitpick something, I would’ve liked this sticker to be slightly bigger, but it does show the whole display when placed perfectly. The reflective sticker also does not allow anyone to view the display reflected on the windshield from the outside.Plugging this into the OBD2 port was pretty self explanatory. The cord is flat which makes it easier to route between plastic dash covers as well as push it down into the dash so it’s pretty much not visible for me and looks like it’s built in the way.The menu navigation was a little tricky to figure out while having it installed, so I would suggest getting all the settings done before you route your wire. Once you have it in though, I don’t really see any reason to mess with it. It turns on extremely fast as well so there is no waiting for it to start up once you start the car. It’s ready to go as soon as you are.The size of the unit is okay. It would be nicer if they could get it to be a little thinner, but ultimately it’s completely fine as-is and is out of the way. As for durability, I have only had this unit for a couple of weeks but haven’t had any issues. I will come back and update this review if it ever stops working. I have pretty high hopes for it though.Overall I’m extremely happy with this purchase. I bought it to bring in a digital speedometer to my Ford F-150 as I got used to a digital display in one of my other cars. At this price point, it really does a great job!

It could be better, but it works.
It has a about a second or two delay compared to the digital displays in modern cars, but not really too big of a problem if you are maintaining speed. If I am driving city and need to be at 35, it does it’s job well enough.Sadly, you cannot see this when wearing sunglasses. The numbers just vanish from the windshield. It’s fine without sunglasses though, and looks great at night.Clean your dash as best as possible. The sticky pad will connect dirt and not stick any more. If this happens, wash it under the sink and let it fully dry.It comes with a USB cable and an ODB2 cable, so you can power it with either or.

Works great but sometimes has to be plugged back in
The hud device has been working very well for me, i have it reading my oem and i had to calibrate it the first day, but now, about nine months later it still works vefy good and keeps its calibration, but at some point it started not being turned on occasionally when i started the car and now i have to take it out and plug it back in half the time, but once its on it only turns off when the car is off which is good, it only takes like five seconds to fix it but its a bit annoying when i realize it did the thing

This thing once you set it up properly is amazing! Speed limiter does work! Miles per hour was off by 2mph had to dial it back to get thee accurate setting! I’ve got mine connected to obd2 in my 2014 ford fusion and it works flawlessly! Battery voltage rpm shows up nicely when I shut the vehicle off! Takes 20 seconds to shut off after you shut your vehicle! The only down side I have on this is the reflective plastic piece that sticks to your windshield! The complaint is I drive at night and that can make it seem brighter then it needs to be so it becomes a distraction! I chose to just use my windshield and it works just fine day and night!

Pretty cool
Very cool upgrade for great price. Makes it easier to keep my eyes on the road, I put it next to my radar detector to be able to monitor both readings without having to shift my eyes back to the main dashboard away from the road. It was really easy to installJust plug and play. Definitely worth the money. For my Q50 the reading is within 1 MPH of my dashboard speed.

Pretty good, not perfect
I wanted a HUD for a years. I drove a few vehicles with OEM versions of this and it was pretty nice.The brightness is great at night, but difficult to see during the day while wearing sunglasses.While I have it connected to my OBDII port, it seems to use GPS for speed because the displayed speed varies slightly from my speedometer. I confirmed this with a GPS speedometer phone app. The HUD and app match each other, so it seems that my vehicle speedo is slightly off.It switches off automatically and does not appear to drain the battery from the OBDII port.

Bought my first one of these on one side of the world 5 years ago, and it’s still almost completely functional.Now I’ve moved to the other side of the world and bought it again – I love being able to see my speed on the dash.Wouldn’t bother with the reflective film on the windscreen as I don’t see the point. Also remember to take the film off of the unit’s display itself as this will improve the reflected image.If you think it’s not bright enough, turn off auto brightness and set it to max – for me its completely visible in everything but bright direct sunlight.
