Great little device but do NOT fully trust it
I purchased this in June 2024, and have installed this in three different cars. Overall it works wonderfully, but it has one flaw you should be aware of.It works great at night and 99% of the time during the day. If you’re driving towards the sun on a clear morning/evening, it can be pretty hard to read, but that’s to be expected, not much you can do about that. It’s also a little hard to read when wearing polarized sunglasses.However, this speedometer is not totally accurate. It’s an excellent driving aid, but don’t put your full trust in this. I’ve found that between 0-50mph the speed is spot on, maybe a 1-2mph variance. However, if you’re driving highway speeds, the speed often reads too high on this device.The highway near me has those radar cameras that tell you your speed as you pass by them. I’ve noticed that whenever the radar says I’m driving 72-73mph (which matches my car’s built-in speedometer), the heads up display will read 79-82mph. Not a big deal, but if you’ve got a dashcam and that incorrect, inflated number shows up on the footage, that might hurt your claim with your insurance company, depending on your circumstances. So be careful where you place it and how you use it!Otherwise, this is an awesome addition to any car old or new!

Easy to install and accurate!
Works great, plug and play. I tried using it without the piece of “Tint”, but you can’t see the readout during daylight. Once I installed the small square piece of tint on the windshield, it was great. I used velcro to attach the unit to the dash so it won’t slide around, and the wire was long enough for me to hide it behind and under the dash right up to my usb port. Speedometer is close to dead on with my cars actual speedometer. Cool little item

Because of the reflective film I can see the number clearly even in bright day light. I think that’s what sets this product apart from other hud products.I just set the reflective film a little below my eyesight and I can read the number without looking directly down at it. Lovely!No more need to annoyingly keep looking down at the dashboard every few seconds to check the speed.Speed reading matches accurately to the actual speed. I set the speed discrepancy adjustment to 102 and it’s perfect.
