Very good quality
This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased a hand held vacuum like this. They each last a few years, but we are pretty hard on them. They all worked really well and I want to say this is the best yet! I would definitely buy this one again in a heart beat! It is a very good quality, and it has two modes, one is a light vacuum, and if you press the power button again it’s a turbo charge with extra suction. The storage capacity is great, and I can go a week or two without emptying (if I wanted) but I don’t typically let that happen. The assembly is simple, and straight forward. The ease of cleaning is impeccable. I definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great, light and powerful
Powerful and useful. I have roaches here and it sucks themright in. The battery doesn’t last long. It charges eSily though and is easy to tote around. Remember to clean the filters. When I didn’t it stopped charging and lost power easily when used. As long as the filters are kept clean it works very well. I really like it.

Great power/pick up!
I needed to replace my hand held dyson but did not want to spend a fortune. I decided on this one. It has great suction and does what I need it to do. I did buy some extra filters. The one that comes with it is washable, but while it’s drying you may want to have a spare. I love that you can make the length of the nozzle longer. I gave 4 star only because it does not have an attachment with a brush on the end. I’m looking for maybe a generic that would work.

Pros: the vac is lightweight which is good for those with weak arm strength; it has good suction and works well vacuuming kitty litter, even on low pile carpet; it has indicator lights for charging; the lights also indicate when the battery is getting low; emptying the canister is simple; the nozzle extends a few inches which is helpful; it can be left plugged into the charger without over charging. Also, it has 2 suction settings. I haven’t used the higher suction because it works well on the regular suction when you turn it on. Also, it’s not very loud.Cons: when fully discharged, it takes quite a while to completely charge. I have a cat that likes to chew on charging cables and don’t have a secure area to keep it charged in. It would be handy if there was an area on the vac to hold the charger when it’s not being charged.I’m glad I bought this hand vac. I like it enough that I also bought one for my sister and niece.

Device clogged and losing power, not the filter’s fault.
I had wanted to like this device so much after having many Black & Decker tools. After about a month, the level of suction diminished greatly, and I followed all the steps to clean the device, filter, etc. This activity did not improve until I looked down the barrel of the nozzle, only to see a buildup of dust, hair, etc. I used a long tool to remove this, and that improved the functionality. I was surprised to see what appears to be a black rectangular piece of plastic that blocks the inlet where the nozzle meets the body. I can hardly see any gap to allow items to be vacuumed in.What disappoints me most is that everywhere on the internet, company websites, instructions, etc, there is no addressing or awareness that this could be a problem, and always blaming the filter being clogged as a solution. I am sure I am not the first to have this issue and one line of instruction could improve the integrity of this device.

Big improvement!
This improved version is great. I had an old one, which worked fine for quick jobs. This one keeps a charge longer and has a noticeable increase in power. It’s lightweight and well made. Great purchase.

Great For Those Small Jobs
Nice compact lightweight unit that I use mostly for those quick car interior cleanup jobs. Gets into most tight places and has plenty of suction to pick up the loose dirt. The built-in wand extension is greatly appreciated. For the price point well built. Definitely beats hauling out the large shop vacuum for smaller jobs. Seems to hold about a 30–45-minute charge on low power setting when new. Does take a long time to fully recharge – usually 4-5 hours. Easy to clean.

Hi. Have just received this and there is a loose piece of triangular clear plastic with a black flap. Should this be fitted into the dust box? Anyone had the same issue and is it important.

I love this dustbuster vac. I struggled for years with one that had a different design that was so difficult to empty the cannister and reattach it. This one couldn’t be easier-press one button to open and dump. The dual filters inside are also very easy to remove, clean, and reinsert when necessary. It’s got great suction and is super easy to charge-just plug it in. There are no bases for it to sit in and no battery to remove and reinstall to charge. It’s also not too heavy.

This vacuum is great! I love that the filters are washable. I ended up buying one extra filter so far just to be able to wash and rotate them as one dries. The suction is strong and handles allkinds of dry messes! Easy to empty! Seems well made! I am pleased with this vacuum, I DO recommend it!
