Great as a rear fog light
I use this red version as a rear fog light and it’s great. Very powerful light. If you drive in very dense fog regularly, I recommend installing this for SAFETY.

Very Bright, but Installation was challenging.
I wanted the “Old School” look of the rectangular shape, & these were about all there is out there, that I can afford. It was quite a struggle to get them mounted — I had to use my own Hardware, and had to get Creative with it. But, after getting them wired up & mounted, they work great. They are much brighter than I was expecting, & I was able to direct them where I wanted them to shine.

Bright, durable, and compact
Surprisingly bright for size. I got these because the separate yellow and white o functions. The yellow light seems angled down more than the white making it great in fog and the super bright white is better than my high beams so I use these more. I live in a very rural area with lots of deer, these lights light the road, the ditch, and have distance letting you see any obstacles ahead.They have proven durable so far taking rocks, mud, and being submerged in muddy waters and still seem as bright as the day I installed them.My only complaint which is not enough to lower my rating is radio static interference on amateur and cb radio (I’m told not in transmissions, static is only interfearing with listening). No noticed interference on FM car stereo or XM radios.Already plan to buy another set for my son’s pickup

Yellow NOT Amber Great lights though
These are a perfect fit in the fog light openings of my 97 explorer. I was more than excited to get them wired up and installed. I used the factory brackets as mounting points for some universal brackets found here on Amazon. Installed some waterproof connectors onto the factory harness and they work great!I truly hate the fact that they’re not Amber. They don’t match the corner marker lights or turn signals at all. I tried applying 2 layers of amber translucent film over the lenses. The only benefit I got from it was a layer of protection, lol.Great lights, just not Amber. Very yellow. Color temperature is not as advertised

NOT moisture proof!!
These are NOT waterproof by any stretch. Mine fogged up from moisture the first time they were exposed to rain. They have continued to get worse and worse to the point I am replacing them after less than 3 months. They are NOT sealed and have a rubber cap loosely covering a hole which I think is the source of the water.Don’t buy these unless they will never be exposed to moisture. Both lights equally fogged.
