This. thing. is. the. bomb. diggity!I have a bent painful coccyx and sitting without support is intolerable for any length of time. On my stool at work, at ergonomic desk chairs, in my car seat, everywhere.I’m schedules to fly from NY to CA in a week and was *terrified* about arriving and being unable to fully function for days, if not the entirety, of my vacation.This option gives me confidence and relief.I think I need to order a 2nd for backup.It’s half of the cost of a low volume air bladder I had used as an active seat when sitting for prolonged periods prior to this injury. that kind of works for short periods of time better than anything else I’ve tried, but isn’t really an effective solution for long periods when forced to sit (travel.)I’ve tried now 8 different support seats. Molded memory foam in various shapes and sizes, and 3 different inflatables for travel…This is one is:•easier to inflate and deflate•very comfortable and adjustable via the deflation valve which is usable while sitting on it to dial in the correct pressure for each individual•visibly superior construction and quality materials•rated to withstand twice my weight (140′.)•comes with it’s own travel bag that is easy to stuff without breaking my fingers trying to sausage it in•extremely light weight•features a slip resistant material that should work on all but the most slippery pleather seating fabrics.My only complaint is that it’s not available in bright colors to grab my attention I’m the scrum @ deplaning so I’m afraid I’ll forget it despite efforts to remember.(I’ve left 2 of the previous low volume bladder I mentioned that are $60 to $70 each and only remembered once I was in the airport and couldn’t get back on the plane fast enough to grab it. Hope others gained been my loss.)I do wish they rolled the seams- it’s possible they could mildly irritate bare skin for long sittings in in heat, but I haven’t tested this.I balled a little at the cost of this for ~$30 for an inflatable cushion – don’t let this deter you. It’s value, assuming it withstands use, is definitely greater than the average inflatable travel whatever that you’re used to seeing or handling.If it fails, I’ll report back. Solid buy, reduces pain effectively when sitting
Great cushion. Works for my coccyx injury and allows me to sit for extended periods. Also convenient when traveling, but the valve makes a funny noise when you are inflating it so you it draws attention when you are blowing it up on a plane so you get some funny looks when you set it on the seat. My guess is most people think it’s a hemorrhoid cushion! Now I just blow it up before I board! But remember, it will expand when you get in the air so don’t blow it up too much. Only other drawback is it slips on some seats so I use a pillow style on my desk chair and in my car (leather seats).The quality is great, and I love that you can inflate it to different levels depending on what you need. Overall a great item, and if there were half stars I would give it 4-1/12.

Not stable
Fully inflated, it’s too firm. WAY too firm. When you reduce the air a little or a lot, it’s like sitting on a waterbed. It’s comfortable when you’re perfectly still, but if you shift your weight at all, you wobble side to side. Since this type of cushion is used primarily by folks with sciatica or other back issues, the design fails in its basic function.I really, really hoped this would work for me. I don’t want to take a big, heavy memory foam cusion when I fly 6-8 times a year. Unfortunately, when I use this, my back hurts worse within about 15 min. I’ve purchased at least 5 different cushions and my favorite is the ComfiLife memory foam cushion.To improve this product, they should make this have at least 2 air chambers with a mechanism to maintain the balance of air.
