Edit: their customer service team has saved the review. They reached out very quickly to resolve the issue.The pillow is super soft, I do like it. However, I got this one specifically because of the straps on the back to secure it. Mine did not come with that. Maybe I got sent a different one by accident. I returned the one, got another, but same thing. Unfortunate

It is a guarantee that my son is going to fall asleep during car journeys that last longer than 30 minutes, so I jumped at this as his head then always flops forward and he looks so uncomfortable.This was easy to set up in the car for him, and you can also adjust the headrest of this, with you being able slightly turn the sections which allowed for it to prevent his head falling as much when sleeping.I also read somebody else’s review that suggested using this in the highchair, which is honestly such a great idea, especially if the highchair is a little big.
