I had bought a cheap car phone mount in the past, and unfortunately the plastic hooks broke after just two weeks of use. I was really disappointed.Presumably because of the cheap clips – doesn’t have the best strength.After being disappointed by other phone holder,the VANMASS car vent phone mount stands out – it is a quality part and does exactly as it is supposed to do. This mount uses metal hooks that become very stable and secure once tightened. The actual product matches the description perfectly – it can perfectly hold my phone in place, and the quick-grip and release function works great. It’s incredibly durable and well-made.Another great feature is the ball joint design, which allows me to easily adjust the angle to suit my view, transitioning smoothly from vertical to horizontal orientations. This is very convenient for using my phone while driving, without obstructing my vision.Most importantly, the mount has soft silicone pads on the clamps, which increases the friction and keeps the phone firmly in place. I’ve never had any issues with the phone falling out or the entire mount detaching.Overall, superior stability, sleek and modern design, and flexible adjustability make it a far more reliable and user-friendly option. WOW!!! Works perfectly!
This Car Phone Mount is by far the best I’ve ever used, or been able to. It was easy to set up, the size is not too big so it doesn’t cover my entire vent, but not too small so it holds my phone. The comments criticizing how it covers their vent, or is too close to steering wheel etc. I say, if you know It’s going to have to be placed on your vent to use, expect that vent will be mostly covered & may effect the use of that vent. I set up my vent to a good position to still face me & the position I like the vents before hooking the mount on it, so that helped. It’s very sturdy so my phone doesn’t slip or fall out, even if driving fast, turning corners or going over speed bumps. I’ve tried so many that I almost gave up. I’m so glad I didn’t & purchased this one! I have to drive a lot for my job, so I’m always needing to use a map on my phone & now I don’t have to worry about looking down, holding it, or it falling off of my lap. I’m glad I made sure it was compatible with my vent, because knowing how amazing this mount is I would’ve bought one for my husband too. It’s not too big or too small, so if you make sure you’re okay with it covering at least 1/2 of your vent & able to place it in a spot that doesn’t interfere with anything & thinking about buying it…BUY IT!! I don’t write many reviews, so when I do it’s because I think it’s worth it! I’m so happy I purchased this! Love it!

Version 1 was better!
I prefer the 1.0 version of this phone holder because I though it was more stable and made from better plastics. It was prone to come loose after a while. This version seems like it will not come loose ever! but.. there is a little bit of shaking side to side in the phone holder. The monut itself seems rock solid and the phone will absolutely NOT come out…just some minor shaking I guess irritates my OCDAfter my initial review the company reached out to me and sent me two replacements to try and make me happy. Above All else you should be very confident that this company provides outstanding customer service if for any reason you are not happy. You can buy this product with confidence that the company stands behind it. Five star customer service!I hope for the next version they go back to slightly better materials and I will certainly buy the next one.

I have bought and thrown out many junky and poorly designed car phone holders over the years. I just installed this one in my car today, and this is my dream come true. The hook in the back is brilliant, and these people nailed the simplicity, elegance and excellence of this well thought-out and executed design. It was super easy to install, and very intuitive….just a few minutes. I wish I would have found this many years ago. I prefer to mount a car phone holder on the air vent because it is the best location, as the dashboard or window location is not as elegant, and is more distracting. If you want to use a magnetisized cell phone holder, you have to take your cell phone case off first. And if you use one that sticks with adhesive to the dashboard, it falls off in the summer heat. I have been driving around with my GPS cell phone in my lap for a few months since my last phone holder died, and can’t wait to use this moving forward. A great thank you and appreciation to this company for getting it right.

Quality, works as advertisedI usually not giving a review but I feel like this phone holder needs a good feedback,I own many other phone holders but they will not fit my new S24 FE phone (6.4″ plus Otterbox case). I researched on Amazon and gave this phone holders a try.-The quality is very good-It fits to the car vent nicely and it is very sturdy with its base support. My Samsung S24 FE with Otterbox case fits with it (with about 1/4 inch space left). The holding mechanism is very good with a good quality feel.-I have been using it about a week now and i can tell it is very good. No shaking, no bouncing.-I plan to buy a second one for my Sequoia.Thank you,

I have a car that does not have a video screen, and I use my iPhone for navigation and phone calls. i had tried a holder that was cheaper and “I got what I paid for.” This holder s solidly built and easy to install. Great product and well worth the cost.

Needs longer sides and a bottom to grip the cell securely
The product works, but I think they need to make it longer on the sides and bottom to hold the phone securely. Once, you used a thick case for the phone, it won’t fit properly.

Bought this product as I wanted to use a vent based non magnetic mount. Really like the metal clip hook and the solid construction of this unit. With a push button, it is easy to install and remove your phone. I have an older iPhone XS max which is way bigger and heavier than newer phones and this one was able to securely hold it in place. Like all other VENMASS products, build quality is exceptional. Only issue I encountered was the distance between the two vent slots was a little tight for me. However once inside (hook part), all was quite straight forward. This was an issue with BMZ Z4 but it was ok when installing on a different brand of vehicle

Great car phone holder for my large & heavy Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (fitted in BMW, no issues).Three reasons I highly rate this -1. The metal claw that hooks behind the vent makes the holder rock solid (used to have a clamp holder but forever falling off)2. The push switch that instantly releases the phone (new feature to me – brilliant)3. The range of swivel that allows the phone to be sturdily held at the preferred angle.Good sturdy quality all round with firm/tight final settings – no gradual slippage or movement.I didn’t realise I could pull down the cradle at the bottom of the phone holder too – discovered this on fitting – ideal for a large phone. Well worth the research and extra I decided to pay.

Ich war mit der alten Version schon sehr zufrieden, diese neue Version wurde nochmal verbessert!Die Befestigung an der Lüftungsklappe ist nun mit dem 3-Stufen-Clip noch besser einstellbar/dosierbar und die Bedienung (Handy einlegen und feststellen bzw. wieder entnehmen) ist sehr unkompliziert und einfach.Material und Mechanik wirkt extrem stabil, die Halterung hält bombenfest in der Lüftung und das Handy bombenfest in der Halterung.Was will man mehr?Alles in allem ein Top-Qualitätes-Produkt und eines der wenigen Produkte, die ich direkt beim chinesischen Hersteller (über Amazon) kaufe!Und auch eine meiner wenigen Rezensionen, da dies mal ein endlich eine echte chinesische Qualitätsmarke ist!
