Bluetooth connected but not automatically switch to CarPlay/Android Auto?
(1)Make sure your phone wifi is turned on. (2)Manually connect the phone with device’s WiFi(Wifi name: CARLINK_*****) and wait patiently(1-2 minutes). (3)Search “Carplay” on your phone setting. Connect the carplay manually.
Why there is no sound?
Check if the audio output option is correct and ensure the car audio output option matches the device.
Screen mirroring connection prompt denied?
If you have connected to CarPlay/Android Auto, you need to disconnect the Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone before you can enter the screen mirroring interface to connect.
Why can’t connect or find the Bluetooth?
Check if it is connected to other devices. Disconnect other devices and try again.

Great product. It was easy to connect to my iPhone. I haven’t had any issues with connection since I bought it and it’s been a month since my purchase. I have a older car so to get the audio to go through the whole car I had to buy a aux cord but the audio on the product is surprisingly louder than I thought. Apple car play works nice and screen quality is clear and consistent. It also was a very easy install. 10/10 Product

Awesome and simple upgrade for any car!
This thing is awesome! Screen is super responsive. Set up is super simple and once you add your phone via bluetooth, it always connects to Carplay automatically once you turn on your car. Love that I can install the 2 included velcro patches in 2 different spots so if I get tired of having in one spot, I can easily move it to another. Would def recommend. Getting another one for my wifes 2013 Rav4 soon.

Screen not coming on right away
Going to have to return this. It seems to not like the cold. It’s currently between 30 and 55 degrees right now and the screen turns on but is blacked out. The as it warms up, it starts flashing as you see in the video. Most the time it will stop flashing after a bit, but sometimes I have to unplug it and then plug it back in to fix it. Not sure if I just got a bad one or if it cheaply made.

Better than installing a new stereo!
OK, this was a nice deal. I was looking to replace my stereo in my older vehicle then I spotted this cool unit and it works like a charm hooks right up to Apple play and as soon as I hooked up the backup camera, it really sealed the deal! So if you’re looking for a new car stereo that definitely flips the bill! With all electronics, I always suggest that you get extended insurance, just in case it fails.

Good for GPS and music control but not video
It was easy to set up the initial install. I didn’t install the backup camera so I can’t comment on that but Waze and apple music work great. I was hoping to be able to watch video on it airplaying from my iPhone but it starts to come up and then just freezes on the screen while I can hear the video playing in the background
