Well, it’s not a 2,900 psi machine, but it appears well made. After just several minutes of use it seems to work fine – time will tell as to the durability. I have a gas powered pressure washer rated at 2,200 psi and it produces twice the pressure of this unit.

So I ended up going with the pro version the cheaper version of this one which is the black one I heard it has a hose that bus inside and it’s not replaceable as of right now I haven’t had any issues with it works fine. I only bought it for the purpose of washing my cars. I don’t know how it will perform on any other task, but if you want one for washing cars, this one’s actually pretty good. I’m happy with it overall we’ll just see how long it lasts my Ryobi. I’ve had it for years and it still runs. We’ll see how this one goes.

⚠️ Great concept, but drum spool rewind + leaks need fixed (3⭐) ⚠️
⚠️ 3-star because the concept is excellent, but the reliability flaws are hard to ignore—especially for the price. The drum spool rewind system is the whole point of this unit, and this brand-new Pro will not reliably retract the hose without constant “help” (feeding it by hand, working the hose around, and sometimes manually turning the spool). I’ve owned multiple Grandfalls units (standard + Pro), and I also had one where the hose guide / level-wind mechanism stopped laying the hose evenly on the drum, so it would fold over itself and jam. Once the drum rewind stops tracking correctly, the main advantage of this product is gone.Second issue: major internal leak failures. One of my units is only about 3 years old, has seen very light use, has been kept indoors, and I drain/disconnect it every winter. It has now had two separate internal leak failures—and these aren’t minor drips. When you turn the water on, it pours out and the unit is unusable. Last year, a plastic fitting at what appears to be the pressure-sensor area cracked and dumped water. I disassembled the unit and swapped that part from a donor unit (a separate Grandfalls I kept because the drum rewind failed) just to get it running again. This year, I went to use it for a project and it started leaking again on the other side of that area, and it’s not a quick fix—it’s more teardown on both the main unit and donor unit to even attempt a repair. 🧰When it’s working, it’s a very convenient setup: compact wall mount, self-contained, and it handles most homeowner tasks fine. It’s not a 3–4k PSI / 3–4 GPM gas unit, but with a turbo nozzle it can still do siding, concrete, and general cleanup well. The included soap container is basic and not a “snow foam” setup—plan on a real foam cannon if that matters.I’m returning this one. I truly hope Giraffe fixes the drum spool rewind/guide mechanism and upgrades the weaker internal parts so these units last as long as they should at this price point. ✅

Hose blew apart almost right away. Can not reach anyone about warranty. Amazon makes it very difficult (by design) and every time I call the manufacturer I’m sent to voicemail as no one is available at customer service. Do not buy this Mickey Mouse outfit.

I was looking for a heavy duty, black hose that doesn’t easily kink and I found this one. So far, after a few months of use, I’m very pleased. It’s sturdy and attractive. Would recommend.
