Very comfy for post-hip replacement
A relative recently had hip-replacement surgery. After trying 4/5 different types of cushions to help her keep the proper hip-to-knee angle (the knee should ALWAYS be lower so it never brings the hip angle up to 90°; the hips should be kept higher than the knees.Aside from adjusting the car seat, this cushion actually helped do that without being too hard to sit on (most of the others gave her a sore bum over time).She was happy to take a car trip of a couple hours, and no pain or stiff bum after.
