Exelente producto, pero al parecer falta un cable ya que el audio no suena
La calidad del producto es muy buena, lo acabo de conectar en mi Mercedes Cla 250 y es exelente, tengan en cuenta que al quitar el conector original hay que quitar los cables de fibra óptica y ponerlos en el nuevo conector de la nueva pantalla son 2 cables de color naranja, espero y les sirva mi reseña para cuando instalen la suya…

2014 Mercedes CLA
So far I have installed the product myself and there is no sound and the backup camera does not work. I took the car to a professional install and they said I needed a fiber optic cable to support audio and camera. Now I’m waiting for a $20 cable to arrive! Once this cable arrives and works I would recommend but if you have a Mercedes I recommend getting the cable just in case. The dealership will try to tell you to purchase a command unit approximately $8,000! When I get the cable and working I will come back with my final review.

The screen is so much better than the OEM small screen
I will give this product a 3 star just because the screen came with a few scratches that are not visible at all but are there. And because on the display options there’s no way to remove the car picture that’s on the picture below when you turn on the car, I would love to take it off but it is what it is. Other than that the screen works more than fine and installation wasn’t that hard. Connectivity is fast and the sound is as usual with the car stereo and looks really fancy and nice mounted on the car so yes is worth it for the money

NINETOM 2025 Upgraded 12.3″ Ultra-Narrow Touchscreen Wireless CarPlay Android Auto Receiver Compatible with Mercedes-Benz GLA/CLA/A -Class C117/X117/X156 (2013–2015), for NTG 4.5/4.7 SystemThis receiver has a really beautiful display. When they say “ultra-narrow” I though that it meant how thick the screen was (it does because it is pretty narrow) but it also has a super narrow bezel which means that you get lots of real estate without a bunch of dead space on the dash. It really is a nice high quality screen, bright and responsive and there’s no lag when changing apps or menus.The radio installation is ok, you have to remove a trim piece and then mount the bracket for the screen. It actually sits in front of the factory radio which you don’t remove, it just gets disconnected and you use the factory clips to hook up to this screen.You get all kinds of newer features and functions like wireless and wired carplay which wasn’t a factory option when this model was made. Overall its a great value as you can bring your older Benz into the modern era of technology.

The device performs exceptionally well and boasts an impressive design. However, during the installation of this screen, neither the instructions nor any other source mention the need for a fiber optic cable extension, at least for the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 model. This cable is essential, as the radio audio will not function without it. Additionally, the seller does not provide direct support; all assistance is handled through Amazon.
